If you need help with men’s clothes, ask for Bear. The man has the best style and always treats my family right. Honest salesmen are hard to come by nowadays, but he knows just how to get you the best quality items in the store. He takes your needs and wants into consideration, then pops out with some of the most striking options!
Thanks for always taking good care of my family. Will definitely make it a stop every time I come back home. I wish there was an Oak Hall here in Denver!!

Disappointed. The associates there were rude and did not speak once. They looked me up and down and were quite stuck up. Would not recommend, you have better luck if you fit their stereotype though.

Clothes were too expensive! For one women’s blazer was over $5,000? Absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent service and high quality products. In a world of fast-fashion and polyester everything, Oak Hall is determined to resist the deterioration of the clothing industry. I can only speak of the men's attire side of things. Admittedly this place will not be for everyone. Their prices are high when compared to places like H&M and Macy's, but for those who value higher quality and realize that there is a real, human cost to the preposterously low clothing prices to which we have become accustomed, this place is an oasis. On a quick note. Perfume is a consumable and you cannot return it just because you don't like it, much like you cannot return a $200 bottle of wine after you tasted it (it is a different story if it has actually gone bad or there is some manufacturing defect).

Service was bad, most employees are very racist and it definitely shows. I do like their selection and quality.

You know, I could have gone to TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ulta or literally any other store to buy some cologne. But I thought to myself, I'll give the local place a chance right? Give the local businesses some love during these troubling times. Boy was I wrong, and I'll never make that mistake again at this place. I bought some cologne yesterday, brought it home to the wife, and she didn't like the smell. So, of course I have to return it. I mean I want my wife to like how I smell? As any other man would. Yes, I opened the plastic wrapping the box of cologne came in. However, I opened it in a way that I would be able to put it back inside the plastic in the event I needed to return it. Yes, I sprayed it one time at home. I would think it should still be returnable, for starters - I had sprayed it one time (maybe charge me $12.16 for that one spray, and refund me the difference), also when I bought it yesterday, the gentleman checking me out made no mention of "Hey man, you cannot return this", and I also don't see a sign on the cologne cabinet that says "you can't return cologne". Maybe I'm naive thinking you can return cologne? Am I just an a hole for thinking this? Regardless, the staff isn't a very welcoming bunch. Maybe I shouldn't have rolled in with jeans and a golf shirt? I'll be sure next time to dress up as a coked out Financial Advisor and I'm sure they will give me the time of day then. Lesson learned here, just let your wife buy cologne...

Men's department couldn't be friendlier. Woman's department staff are snobby and snooty and have never asked if they could help me. Reminder ladies: I'm shopping there. You are working there. I just walked out and will head to Joseph's.
