I just wanted to print a document. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and they didn't provide the service. Poor assistance from the employees.

I sent print order online and called out of professionalism to ask if order received. The call was an hour after order sent. First person hung up on call instead of checking status, 12pm. Second person talked about how busy they were without proper staffing. What customer wants to hear about the people that called off on the job? Then I called back at 7 :30 pm & they hadn’t completed my order. Obviously they forgot about my order because same guy from earlier asked, how did you send order in, email or online?? What does that matter? Anyway, guy complaining about him being at work since 6am that morning. Unprofessionalism at its highest degree here! They never started on order and didn’t have the courtesy or business sense to call and say, I can’t fill your order today. This order was for an event. It’s the next day and my order is still not ready. I’m probably going to cancel here and find another store that honors what they advertise. I will never order here again.

Awful experience. If you need to print something pick anywhere else! These associates wouldn’t give any names or handle a 24 page black and white document print I had already put in online for same day pickup but was not told a pickup time until after payment. So rude!

Instead of watching and following people in the store maybe ask them if they need assistance, I can't imagine there's anything near the pens and journals worth stealing. I decided to go to target where there's better selection prices and value.
