“Needed our color Brother Lazer printer fixed, called 4 places, just to look it over was outrageous. Found this place online. Called and the lady that answered was very nice, she said hold on, I will get you someone that knows about printers. David answered and very glad he did, he was very knowledgeable about the printer and told me the good, bad and ugly part I needed to know. He said drop it by and he would check it out, I did, 30 minutes later he called and said it was fixed and printing perfectly. Just picked it up and it does now work perfectly. Best thing was there was NO CHARGE ? He just asked if and when we needed ink he had it cheaper than anyone else, and would be delivered right to my door.. David was GREAT, not just because of no charge, he was actually a nice guy, and very helpful and knowledgeable...PS, also carried it from my car to inside, and carried it back after fixing it. It luckily didn't have any major damage after printing for 4 years ..It's nice to buy a product made right here close to home..and even better to have it fixed close to home ..”
“Easy to access and easy to park. Appointment time was 6 am checked in at 05:45 was done being unloaded by 06:20. There is a will call door near door 9 that you enter. There's no buzzer or anything to alert someone you are there but the gentleman inside saw me and helped right away. Plenty of space to maneuver and get into your dock but note there are no lines on the ground lol might be hard to adjust depending how tired you are overall good experience”
“I love this store. Every time I go i spend at least 100 dollars so beware lol. My son has autism so they have alot of things that he can benefit from and learn. I heard the one on summer ave was a little bigger but they all have the same things. If the store dont have it, I know they will. You have to check it out. Be prepared to spend but it will be worth it!!!”
