Picked up an online order 2/15, What appeared to be a manager (male with glasses) very non personal and bland. Checked my ID did something with a scanner/phone asked me to check my items in which I did and while standing in front of me he went back to scrolling thru the phone and I'm just standing there thinking he's printing a receipt or something, never looked back up. So finally he looks up and says anything else, I'm like no, well a thanks for shopping at Old Navy or that's it have a good day, bye or something. You know who you are too as you looked out the window as I was shaking my head. Treat ALL your customers with respect for shopping at your store!! that brings money in to pay your salary!

This is the messiest Old Navy store I have ever been in. The store was not easy to move around thru. The merchandise on the tables was sloppy. Never going back.

Came to get my online order. The line was already around the corner at the register. I asked where do I get my mobile order? The associate stated just get in the line. If you are ordering online DO NOT ORDER from this location! I see now why I don’t shop at OLD NAVY. If I wanted to be tempted by high priced items and lines with multiple humans I wouldn’t have bought the stuff online. No one is employed at this location and they pander you to get their credit cards. I will plan accordingly next time to shop at another department store. Then, while in line, this man literally farted ??
