A lot of people are telling me to stop going to AutoZone now I see why there are parts are defaulted as It seems to me each part I buy I always have to end up bringing it back under warranty and getting the same part replaced. I choose O'Reilly's before AutoZone

BATTERY CHARGING ISSUE...... YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO COME UP WITH A BETTER SYSTEM OF CHARGING BATTERIES BEFORE A REAL ALTERCATION OCCUR.....I BROUGHT A BATTERY IN TO GET CHARGED ONE AFTERNOON...... CAME BACK THAT EVENING TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME THE WRONG BATTERY....I TOLD HIM MINES WAS MUCH LONGER AND THAT WASNT IT....I TOLD HIM THAT THE YOUNG LADY WHO TOOK IT WAS ON MORNING SHIFT.... AFTER TALKING FOR A FEW MIN.... HE FOUND ANOTHER STICKER ON THAT SAME BATTERY HE TRIED TO GIVE ME AND REALIZED THAT COULDNT BE RIGHT....I POINTED OUT MY BATTERY AND HE SAW THERE WASNT A STICKER ON IT AND BASICALLY FIGURED HEY THIS COULD BE YOURS..... I TOOK THE BATTERY AND PUT IT IN MY CAR WHICH WAS OUTSIDE JUST TO FIND OUT THAT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN CHARGED....I TOOK THE BATTERY BACK IN AND THEY GUY APOLOGIZED FOR WHOEVER MADE THE MISTAKE THEN TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN A COUPLE HOURS....IT WAS CLOSE TO THE END OF THE DAY SO I SAID I WOULD COME BACK TOMORROW....I ENDED UP HAVING TO WORK AND FORGOT AND CANE BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER....CAME BACK TO PICK THE BATTERY UP AND DIDNT HAVE A STICKER AND HONESTLY DONT REMEMBER RECEIVING ONE....I TRIED EXPLAINING THIS STORY TO A YOUNG FEMALE MANAGER AND SHE INSTANTLY BEGIN WRITING ME OFF LIKE I WAS A LIAR AND WASNT ANYTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT IT BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW THE BRAND....I TOLD HER THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME I HAD TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT OF THE CAR AND THE MAIN REASON WHY WE GOING THROUGH THIS IS BECAUSE YOU GUYS MADE A MISTAKE.....THANK GOD THAT THEY PUT MY NAME ON THE STICKER BUT SHE STILL WASNT TRYING TO BELIEVE ANYTHING I SAID.... THANK GOD SHE FINALLY JUST GAVE IT TO ME....JUST LIKE THE GUYS DID....PLEASE UPGRADE THE BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM BECAUSE ITS EMBARRASSING TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF IN FRONT OF A CROWD OF CUSTOMERS WHEN I HAVE BUILT SUCH A LONG HISTORY WITH YOU GUYS
