Angie Hines is superb in customer service. She has the patience of Job with ALL of her customers. You can see and tell if someone is ahead of you. Kudos to Angie Hines on WS.

Not a typical member oriented credit union. More like a bank just concerned with collecting fees. Be careful of practices designed to collect more fees at the members expense. Not helpful but rather predatory! And then terrible customer service policy. Terrible!

I do not understand how the employees move as slow as they do, especially when the lobby is closed. Today I waited in the drive thru line over 30 minutes before making it to the teller. I really hate having to visit this location

The tellers are normally professional and courteous; however, the wait times and transaction times are ridiculously slow. Eight to fifteen minutes per transaction is just too long. It's always this slow at every location too.

Trying to order a new card after mine was lost, but apparently I have to contact the bank again after reporting it lost... Unfortunately Sheffield or whatever his name was hung up on me immediately. No reason it should be this difficult. :/

I have been a member with Orion for three years. I decided to take a loan out which I was initially approved for. After hearing nothing for two days on the status of my loan, I finally recieved a very unofficial, unprofessional email saying it had been rejected. I was given the run around by the corporate office and the whitestation branch. No one can tell me why my claim has been denied. James, the loan officer, has zero customer service and if he is slightly busy, trust me, you will be the furthest thing from his mind. I immediately went to a different credit union and had cash in hand in under an hour.

This credit union is terrible. I've had my account for about a year and a half. When I opened my personal account, I made it clear that I would be opening a business account in the near future and it was important to me to do all of my banking at one location. Five months later, I was unable to item a business account. They just didn't offer them any more. Things change, right? They were so rude about it! That's what bothered me the most. They just made the statement and completely dismissed me. Then, they change their terms ALL THE TIME! A few months after this incident, after I've started a business account elsewhere, they change their terms in my personal account. The rate on my annual yield is lowered on my checking account. I've also found out by this point that the ATMs never work. Still less than a year into this account and they have only disappointed me, but it's such a hassle to change banks so often. Well, here I am at the 18 month marker and the terms have been changed on my account AGAIN. Now I have to spend $500 per month on my debit card or pay a monthly fee. This wasn't a thing when I opened my account. Three terms when I opened my account were to use my card for 5 purchases per month. Debit cards offer very little protection in today's digital theft world. There's no way I would ever use my debit card over a credit card for large purchases, online purchases, or even at a gas pump. This is crazy! They literally change the rules every few months and offer terrible service in return. Oh and when their broken ATM malfunctions over the weekend and won't release your card, you can't reach anyone until ther next business day. Good thing I had a pair of vice grips to get it out, or someone else would have been able to steal my card! (The machine didn't even eat it. Just held it locked in the slot) When this pandemic is over with, I'll be looking for a new bank.

I’ve been banking with Orion for 15years but after I get my next deposit. I will be closing my account with them indefinitely. They are sharks, like a regular bank seeking to pray on their customers. If you overdraft 1.00 expect to pay them back 35.00. Stay at Home Moms and Entrepreneurs BEWARE. I owe them 105.00 for a 45.00 overdraft total. They are horrrible. I will be out by the end of the month. And when I called to speak to a manager they chuckled. I am done.

I had an amazing customer service experience at this branch today. Felicia at the front desk was polite, made conversation with me, and was very pleasant. Please give her a raise!

I have been a customer at this financial institution for over 30 years. This is when it was MATCU. During that time, I have been serviced at different branches and met a few branch managers. Yesterday was the worst customer service experience I had ever received at any Orion. I was totally taken aback because it was from the Branch Manager. I guess I was given Orion’s definition of how they “redefine banking.” I was having a banking issue. When I went into his office, I had to extend my hand for the professional handshake first. He was rude, unprofessional, impolite, discourteous, and uncouth. After about 5-7 minutes of conversation, my issue was still not resolved. I asked for his manager’s information. Reluctantly he gave me her name and telephone number. He refused to provide me with her e-mail address, but gave the address for the building her office is located in on Madison. He made sure to tell me that, “They just don’t allow people to walk up off the street and go into the building.” Therefore, if I contact her via phone and she does not return my call, I have no way of speaking with her regarding my issue and the unprofessional conduct of this Branch Manager. The Branch Manager there could benefit from additional professional development in communication, interpersonal skills, and all classes offered in a customer training program. I am one who enjoys great customer service wherever I go! How one approaches the customer totally alters outcomes of situations. Unfortunately Orion failed drastically yesterday and they can thank the Branch Manager at this location for that. My family and I,including my parents, have banked with Orion for over 40 years. After yesterday, we are all seeking other financial institutions with better customer service to address our financial needs!
