This has to be the worst bank in Tennessee or wherever else they are located. My account has been hacked twice in 3 months and customer service is horrible even the mobile banking app is not trustworthy.

Prehistoric.. please use a real bank. The website is outdated. Can't do live deposits in the ATM. Literally have to put cash in an envelope to deposit it in the ATM and wait until somebody comes to get it. Last time I checked. They don't offer contact less debit cards. It's literally the only card in my wallet that's not contact less. When I first opened the account they refused depositsfor the business I own. I had to CALL THEM to authorize another business paying me. It's been a real fuster cluck. Thousands of dollars they could've cost me when they should've been calling me.. once again... PLEASE... use a real bank. I use bank of America primarily now

Same complaint as everyone else. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from this place or these people. If you try to call with questions, you sit on HOLD for up to 20+ MINUTES!!! before they answer the phone. So frustrating! There are only 3 branches anywhere in my city and all of them are MILES away! The website is no better. I have 4 times in a row because the site does not recognize my password!!!!! I call customer service, wait up to half an hour, finally speak to someone who resets it so I have access and they speak to me as if I am a total bother to their day! Their attitude sucks!

Trust me stay away from this credit union there score certainly reflects the out come we where approved for a vehicle even putting a large deposit down on the vehicle. And financing the rest with them. For 5 days asking for us and then the selling Mercedes dealership to jump through hurtles asking for them to be put on the title application that is done at the Mississippi tax assessor office put them as Lien holders on the bill of sale ect…. Had the finance manager on the phone with my wife there in one of there branches in Collierville we are flying out on Sunday to get the vehicle on Monday. What a fiasco so sad will tell every person and post poor ratings on as many reviews as I can, unfortunately they obviously don’t care about their ratings so sad to have been in Memphis since 1957 I’m sure the person that started it is to say the least very disappointed pathetic.

Absolutely the worst. Avoid if at all possible. I traded my old camper in and they where a option on new camper that I got. Just the hassle of trying to pay them makes me really wish I'd kept my old camper. They deserve a minus star rating if it was possible

I have been with this bank for a long time. They have gone down hill. Recent changes leave you waiting 35 calls to speak with someone. You cant get into most branches. They cant cash bonds, their instant tellers don't work half the time. Their drive throughs are designed to eat your car wheels. Closing my account today after 50 years.
