2pm. Saturday. Door locked, cars in parking lotSign says 11am - 10 pm. Second time this has happened. Every one wants to drive 30 minutes to find door locked on business. You lost a loyal customer this time Outback!

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Our hostess Aaron and Andrea were so welcoming, smiling and kind. Our waitress was fantastic Nedda and we would recommend them again!!!

Stopped in to eat on 4/13/24 at 6:30 pm. While traveling to Arkansas and back and was very disappointed at the service. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for a table for two. We waited. I went back inside to ask if it would be much longer and was told it would be an additional 15 minutes.I ask to go to the restroom and was shown the way. As I returned from the restroom, I was amazed at how many booths were unoccupied when lots of people had been waiting outside for at least 30 minutes to an hour. There was 11 empty booths and one empty table just on one side to the room.People leaving were talking about the horrible service experience they had received. We decided that this was not a place we wanted to eat and left.Just for curiosity, I ask the server how some people could walk right in a be served while others had to wait outside. She said they had priority call in’s. So if someone calls and tells them they are coming they hold their tables until they arrive. No joke that is what she said.This was the second time I had tried to eat at one of H.’s restaurants and received bad service and/or bad food. Next time I go to an Outback and see this particular name on the door. I going to walk away. It’s not worth it.

The absolute worst steak and potatoes I've ever had. I did order to go but there is no reason it should have been this bad. The steak was terribly overcooked the potatoes were flavorless and cold. I had to take my order back. I hope they fix this issue for customers in the future. Maybe everything would've been better if I sat down, but I won't be returning to the Cordova, TN location.

Worst dining experience I've have in a long time. Ordered Filet ,Medium. It was not like any filet I've had. It was more like a breakfast steak,cooked WELL DONE.$30.50 Friend ordered Ribeye ,Medium also cooked WELL DONE $32.USDA Grade A(not choice,not prime) Old Fashion ordered from the bar, about $10,Watered down with club soda , cherry juice and about a teaspoon of bourbon. Waited 15 minutes for manager,he comped our meal ,thankfully. This used to be a great steak place. Not anymore. Our server was nIce but not knowledgeable about menu items,when asked. The hostess was welcoming. .We left tip and paid for my beer.

Rip off establishment!! The Toowamba Pasta was nasty and so was that burnt coconut shrimp. A bunch of noodles and watered down white sauce. Yuck ? ? ?

Blooming onion overcooked. Shrimp and chicken pasta smelled strong & fishy. Waiter didn’t introduce herself or smile at us not once. She was on FaceTime while giving us our ticket smiling at whoever she was on face time with you so I know she is capable of smiling. Barely checked on us. Seemed like unhappy to be at work. I work in the restaurant industry & left a ZERO $ tip on a $70 ticket. Didn’t complain about anything just didn’t tip anything extra. Won’t be back again. Thank you outback. Horrible service.

The only reason our most recent visit was a positive one was because they comped our meal. Service was slow; the waiter was incompetent (and kept referring to his newness like an excuse for his mistakes); and they tried to charge us more than twice what our meal should have cost. The owner made it right (and then some) by comping our meal, but it shouldn't take managerial intervention to get a pleasant dining experience out of a restaurant that has served us well in the past. I was so off put, that I couldn't tell you if my steak was as good as normal, and I'm leaving this review only about an hour after leaving the restaurant.Update: gave them another chance, and it was a mistake. Service is still slow. Kitchen staff is incompetent (I ordered my steak cooked medium and got something with the consistency of a leather work boot). I had them remake it, and it took far too long to bring out the replacement. When we had a question about our bill, the manager talked down to us through the whole process.Skip this location. You'd get a better steak dinner at the iHop next door.

We called ahead and got place on the wait list on a Friday night. Once we arrived we waited only a few minutes before we were seated. The host, Emma-Rae, was very nice. Alicia was our server and did a great job. She was very attentive. Our food was absolutely delicious. We had a pork chop dinner and shrimp on the barbie and both were great.
