Just left Pandora! Today is my daughter’s birthday. Went in to Pandora’s to purchase a charm for her. Let me start off by saying I was not greeted when I walked in. The associate was doing inventory I assume, but we did make eye contact. At this time, it was just her, the security guard and myself in the store. I knew what I wanted and it was in the display case. Out of myself being polite, I was waiting for her to finish pilfering around on the floor. Moving forward, a white lady walked in and was looking around. Do you know she had the nerves to ask her if she needed help before me. I waited on this associate for at least a 10 minutes. I did bring to her attention that I was there first. After that, I honestly didn’t even want her help. This incident happened on 4/5/24 at around 1:50 pm. Im sure that you guys may have the capability to run your cameras back. I am the lady in the pink and gray monogram shirt with the black pants on. This is the first time an incident like this one in particular has happened, but this is not the first time an employee has acted like they didn’t want to help. I am so annoyed right now.

My son bought his girl friend the wrong size bracket for Christmas. They didn’t realize it was the wrong size until they put a Valentine’s charm on it. Since, I’ve been a customer of Pandora for many years, I told him that they would take care of it. He tried to exchange it for a slightly bigger size. He was told that he couldn’t since it was over thirty days. I’ve never had that problem before!! The Germantown location wasn’t helpful, telling him he had to pay full price for another one. Instead, he had to go to the Wolfchase location where he was helped properly with no issues. We will be shopping at Wolfchase from now on. Germantown, get it together!!! Wolfchase, keep up the good work, you are rockstars!

This is the worse experience ever I went into the store and no one attended me and when the lady finally came she had ask if anyone had attend us we said no and she told us to get at the back of the line and then another lady enter be-hide us and they attend her rude racism right here and rude workers I will never come here again this pandora store needs new workers or training cuz their attitude and everything was mean and rude if I could give this a zero I would

Great customer service should be reiterated at a lot of businesses this year, but I was extremely disappointed with Pandora Staff today (11/17/23 @ 3:40PM). Keep in mind the charms can range from $25 (sale) - and up. I have purchase 3 bracelets ($255)& 20 plus charms ($685), but was denied having my freaking bracelet cleaned. I have never had this free service rendered due to limited time or store being crowded and today it was pleasant; however the lead/manager Triniti rudely advised her team to deny me this service. I asked the young lady (teeth outlined with silver or gold) for the number to the store and she told me to Google it(really cute & professional) . Luckily I'm a lady and didnt react to be caught on camera( keep in mind everyone isn't as kind). Everyone one needs a job, but also the customers that work hard to pay for them to keep a job deserve better. I understand dealing with the public can be stressful , but consider a career change if it prevents you from providing a Chic-fil-A experience to customers.DO BETTER !

This was only my second time at this location and it may have become my favorite after today. Very friendly and patient staff. I came to pickup an online order but left with an additional purchase because of Ms. Zee. Awesome experience ??

Very rude don’t care staff including the manager. It clearly states on the Pandora web site that you can take broken Pandora jewelry to store. The store then sends the jewelry off to a repair center. No sorry the web site says that we don’t do that. Just we don’t repair jewelry. Even after I told them multiple times you have the send it to the Pandora repair center.

Extremely rude staff, this one guy kept interrupting me and was not helpful at all. Next time I will definitely go to a different jewelry store or order online because the treatment I received was awful, I work in customer service and it is not hard to be nice.
