Not only do they help us host adoption events they donate broken bagged Foods and toys. Their managers are never less than top-notch from Bear at the Collins store to Karen at the Cordova store. These people give their all so that we can give our all. I cannot tell you how grateful we are to Hollywood Feed!!

“Our experience was great from the time we walked in. We were welcomed! We have a new puppy and he is our 1st puppy so we had a lot of questions. Everyone was kind and had patience with me, my son, Wilshire. They didn't sell us anything we didn't needed. They explained the return policy, provide us with a new pet folder that explained there policies, coupons, and a new pet checklist. They gave us space but was right there if we had questions!”

“Today was my first day going into a Hollywood Feed store. Walking into the store I was freaking amazed at the cleanliness and organization. Totally different from a store I went prior to this one. It felt like Christmas in June for a new little family member Bubbz. Taylor greeted me with such great energy. I will never forget him because that type of service is very rare these days. Taylor also signed me up for the store rewards points as well as offered me the checklist and invited me to return with Bubbz. I have never felt so seen. I’ve never felt so heard. It was intended for me to go to that store because I needed the feeling of kindness and love. Thanks Taylor for being so so kind.”
“This is by far THE BEST feed store in the city. I have been coming there for years. The cashier is so helpful. Cool owners. What ever I need they have! Good prices and many different good brand dog food that they have put me on. They supply MEMPHIS very well especially in the winter, it be hay everywhere. No shade to the other feed store but they always out of something. Leatherman's for the win!! :)”

“Great place to unload. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they do a great job getting you in and out quickly. The bathrooms and break room are clean, and the snack machines are always stocked.
The team clearly takes their work seriously. They’re careful while unloading and never leave a mess in the trailer. They also make sure not to bump the walls or damage the floors, which really matters when it’s your own trailer.
If more companies operated like Hollywood Feed, truckers would have a much better experience. Professional, respectful, and efficient. Keep up the great work!”

Employees were friendly greeting each customer as they entered the store, also employees working further back in the store acknowledged us and asked if we were finding what we needed. Pet care area clean and bright. 3 cats available for adoption well cared for. Sales items displayed in attractive ways. On check out we were asked if we are members of their rewards program. A+ plus service!”
“Clean space, kitties are loved. The gentleman opened the door for us and it was very welcoming. Ms. Elaine is a sweet Scorpio lady!! God bless her. The young lady was very informative and she described the cat’s personality’s to a T. Very detail oriented girl, you guys should be proud.
The cats there are sooooo sweet. Sweet girl and Bubba and Asher stole my heart. I hope someone can please give them a home, along with the others. I wish I could take them all!!
