“Our experience was great from the time we walked in. We were welcomed! We have a new puppy and he is our 1st puppy so we had a lot of questions. Everyone was kind and had patience with me, my son, Wilshire. They didn't sell us anything we didn't needed. They explained the return policy, provide us with a new pet folder that explained there policies, coupons, and a new pet checklist. They gave us space but was right there if we had questions!”

“So helpful! I came in looking for a washable diaper for my dog who had a UTI. Oscar assisted me. He spent a lot of time with me encouraging me to to seek further treatment options. He specifically recommended a Veterinary practice that I was able to go to two days later and discovered the actual cause of the problem. I had been to our long time vet who was not helpful. Oscar was reassuring, listened attentively and gave sound advice on how best to move forward without going outside his lane in retail. I returned after my appointment to pick up more supplies and was able to share the good news that my dog did not have bladder cancer as was feared, and he joined me in my relief. I would return to Hollywood Feed so Oscar could help anytime. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed, and I also recommend you ask for Oscar to assist.”

“Great place to unload. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they do a great job getting you in and out quickly. The bathrooms and break room are clean, and the snack machines are always stocked. The team clearly takes their work seriously. They’re careful while unloading and never leave a mess in the trailer. They also make sure not to bump the walls or damage the floors, which really matters when it’s your own trailer. If more companies operated like Hollywood Feed, truckers would have a much better experience. Professional, respectful, and efficient. Keep up the great work!”

“I just bought a canister filter at Meijer with this company name on the box. I don't know if it's still the same company but it was a very affordable filter and seems to be doing as good of a job as anything for 20 gallon tank. They were actually running a sale so I bought two filters.”

“Clean space, kitties are loved. The gentleman opened the door for us and it was very welcoming. Ms. Elaine is a sweet Scorpio lady!! God bless her. The young lady was very informative and she described the cat’s personality’s to a T. Very detail oriented girl, you guys should be proud. The cats there are sooooo sweet. Sweet girl and Bubba and Asher stole my heart. I hope someone can please give them a home, along with the others. I wish I could take them all!! I look forward to working with you all again. Thank you for giving us a chance. We love Sasha.”
