If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the second time my dog has been seen at this grooming salon. The first time, she did well. Today, was a different story. Forty-five minutes after I dropped her off, Kayla called me to come get here saying she was anxious and had pottied in her crate. She was unable to dry her for some reason I did not hear. While she brought my wet dog to me, she told me that they just feel it would be better if I didn’t come there anymore. No problem. I will not. You obviously have zero senior dog experience. Thankfully I was told this before handing over a tip. I left before I could say anything more.

Monday March 10, 2025 I take my toy poodle in for her normal grooming Deluxe treatment. Her appointment was set for 7am and that’s when she was checked in. Upon check in I ask the new groomer about the services. The new groomer (Grace) noticed the previous groomer and apologized on their behalf because the lack of service that were never performed. I continued on to pre check in after and then leave. Not even an hour after drop off I get a call from (Joann) possibly a supervisor, lead or manager saying that penny eye is bleeding from her growth that was wiped to hard with a towel during her bath and they want to take her to the vet. I approved this as she assured to keep me posted and location of vet office along with Petsmart paying the cost of the visit and solution for her bleeding. I receive another call once (Grace) the groomer arrives with Penny at Banesfield and stated they would have to drop her off as a non emergency walk-in and most likely she will be seen around 11a. After, the groomers picked Penny back up from Banesfield stating she wasn’t bleeding and they will continue with the grooming service. Again, an not even an hour later (Joann) called stating Penny's pressure was still high and her eye growth was bleeding and I needed to pick her up and take her to my veterinarian. I then ask for a manager and (Matt) stepped in. Mind you he knew nothing about the grooming department as he stated, but took the call. He basically stated, “ there is nothing he will be doing to fix the situation because Penny growth was preexisting and even through they caused the continuous bleeding that is not their problem. Needless to say I informed Matt of what I was told by (Joann) and how the price to stop the bleeding or the removal will be covered by Petsmart. Matt asked what did I want and I stated they need to pay for the mass removal and then continue grooming Penny once she is healed. After, Banesfield doctor (Mandy) called and she gave the price for the removal and how they never touched Penny or her growth. Myself and my mother then went inside to pickup up Penny and Pepper for Matt to be still be rude and never acted professional. My mom noticed immediately Penny face was cut and I noticed the mass being as small as a raisin and cut. Matt and Joann avoided answering the questions while my mom waited inside with the poodles and I paid for the service at register 2. Matt rushed my mom out of the grooming area stating she didn’t have to wait in the inside while I paid at the registers just in his intent to not face what happened with Penny so they do not pay for any service needed to alleviate the bleeding and cutting of her mass. After paying for peppers grooming I then follow up with Matt about the complaint and said I’ll hear something in 5-10 business days. He never asked for my information or heard my side to notate. I filed the complaint with corporate and was told I would receive a call in one to two days. I received a call from Matt, the following day, saying the claim he sent was closed and the decision was up to him to make to fix the situation. He stated. “I’m not doing anything it’s not our fault it’s yours because that is a preexisting condition and we didn’t do anything wrong.” He never once for that matter anyone apologized about the situation or made any solutions. I then call Corporate back to give all the detailed notes about my conversation with Matt and they said I will then get a secondary claim number and I should look out for a call from district. I just received a call today March 24, 2025 at 12:18p. from Travis He’s a district leader and his number is from Phoenix Arizona, he was similar to Matt. He didn’t want to fix anything as he kept repeating, what do you want and have yet to come to a resolution. I stated over and over how my dog was cut. The growth on her eye was cut, and not hit with a towel. I did not bring Penny in cut and bleeding from her growth and that should be taken care of. Of course, I would like help above Store and District leader because again I am left without resolution.

website shows flea drops in stock go to store and there's 3 boxes on the shelf yet after 5 minutes looking in the cabinet and also talking to some guy while looking who wasn't an employee, she says they don't have it. I asked why is it on the shelf and the response was I don't know maybe we got some in the back in a box. So instead of doing a job she just sends me off. no customer service and useless effort. I went to the one on gtown pkwy and the guy was awesome, and I'll never shop at petco again. poor management can't train a staff of workers who get paid to be lazy and effortless. Giacosa Petco is Shite!

I was refused 10 goldfish and then refused 3 betas...Each time I tried to purchase Christy denied both purchases...She asked me what I want them for and went on to tell me I didn't have a filtered tank in my home...Remind you I don't know her from a can of paint...And mind you Matt lied and said it was in writing that she can refuse to sell me the fish but couldn't provide the proof...I posted two videos for my proof...Mind you a man in front of me bought 2 betas and wasn't questioned at all...I will be going further with this...These videos are edited because they're too long to post they're edited to 30 seconds...But I have videos from beginning to the end..Including the one with Matt on there lying...Profiling at its best...She knows what I have at my house...I guess I look that poor

I came in today about 7:30PM to get a cat tree for our new cat, we saw one that was marked at $108.00 when we got up to the Regester it rang up as $189.00 I walked back over there and too a picture of where we got it from and there was a of 189.00 but it was off to the side. and the product that was supposed to be there was behind what we pull off the shelf. The cashier didn't seem interested in helping us out at all in the matter. All-in all I was very dissatisfied with my experience and will probably not be returning for a very long time.

I feel like this Petsmart should train their staff better. This cashier was so rude to this older, elderly man. He was not understanding a situation and she just gave him back looks and attitude. That’s not how you treat the elderly very disappointed in this young woman she needs to be properly trained, that’s not how you handle the situation

Extremely disappointed with PetSmart! I bought superworms 50 count and only 12 out of the 50 were there. The rest were either dead or just not even in the container. I should have known when I opened the container and the smell was horrible. Never again will I be purchasing feeder insects from this company again. Y'all need to do better!

My pet was comfortable with the Tech and other pets were not behaving aggressively. I loved how they groomed my dog.
