I called the store to see if they had a product in stock. I had been checking several of their locations the winchester location was the only location that refused to check on the one product. Saying it was just her and a manager and the manager was unavailable.

The sales associate/ trainer Teresa is very rude. Training for Diversity and Inclusion is definitely needed for Ms. Teresa! I called earlier about needing a receipt for a return the associate stated over the phone I didn't need one if I was a member( which I am). I came in to return an item she got an attitude about me not having the receipt I stated when I called the associate informed me I didn't need it, she said yea I am who answered the phone,but I thought you did, I'm training someone. I just stated okay and let her continue. I left and came back to return another item this time having the receipt because it was electronic. She asked how long I had had it I told her less than 24hrs (which the receipt indicates). She stated well I mean why are you even returning it? She went and had it checked by management but kept attempting to argue with me I asked for someone else to assist me. I promised the manager that took over this location was down the street from me, but I'd NEVER return! Diversity and Inclusion training is highly suggested because I watched Ms. Teresa interact with other customers in a proper manner, but not me. I've VERY disappointed! I suggest she be retrained and removed from the counter and even as someone who's training another employee.

Always worth the drive to come to this location. Employees are always friendly and willing to help if needed. Not pushy or overbearing and seem to actually WANT to be there. Only need to go every few months but enjoy it when I do! ?

The groomer lied as if my small dog tried to bite her. I took him to another groomer which said there weren't any issues. They are always over booked, it took three hours just to get him cleaned, and there seems to be only one person grooming although there are three or four other people in the back doing nothing. The one woman looks as if she's burnt out because she hasn't any help. I apologize I'll never recommend anyone to take their animals there until they can get their act together . Two or three hours of waiting time is unacceptable. Overall her manners where professional enough.

Took my puppy Chauncie here to get his nails trimmed for the first time and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They allowed me to walk in with his shot records and took him right back. The first young lady seemed as if she was nervous to clip his nails but another young lady stepped in and everything went very smoothly.

We absolutely Love Milo our new fur baby..We got him in June as a rescue pet and he is doing very well.

My dog came home with fleas after being seen here. He never gets exposed to other animals and rarely spends time outside. We took him to get his nails clipped and within a day or two he began itching and scratching. We searched him and found fleas.

I did an online order for my Granddog's dog food the night before. Called the next morning to check the status and was left on hold for over 10 mins. I proceeded to the store, spoke with a cashier, and she retrieved my online order from their handheld kiosk. So that tells me no one even picked orders that had been placed online, which made me have to wait for it to be picked. I realize mercahnts may still be understaffed, but in order to survive, it's imperative that you provide exceptional service...period!
