Lady at the front was super nice but they definitely try to upsell you. Vet was amazing super fast and loved our dog. Told us pricing upfront and helped with our options. No surprises. I would definitely bring my dog back again.

The staff, vet techs, and doctors are all thorough, so caring and attentive, and in this business because they truly care for and love animals just as much as us pet parents do. I never doubt the level of care my babies will receive - everything from a nail trim emergency walk-ins, each and every pet and their parents are treated with the utmost respect and care. I wish everyone was as lucky as I am to have Petvax taking care of my furbabies ♥️♥️♥️

Atrocious. Kept my dog for a full day refusing to do anything. Did nothing for my dog and charged me for a full day after not letting us pick him up, even when they weren’t doing anything. Flat out called me a liar and were not paying attention to anything I said. Never using them again.

So far they have been a true blessing to my sweet Missy. I started taking her at 7 weeks and they've been nothing but Angels to us! Missy loves the receptionist. They helped me and advise me so I can offer Missy not only my heart but a healthy life.

My first time at petvax we unexpectedly adopted/rescued a 3 week old kitten....had no idea what I was doing and they were all so nice and a great help! She will be back for her vaccines in a couple weeks!

I love Petvax! They always work hard to find solutions to any problems that might come up with our pets. They are kind, flexible, and responsive. The business hours are accommodating as well. Just one tip to other clients: check out prices for medications on Chewy or Amazon before purchasing from the vet because sometimes they're cheaper online.

I've been going to their Raines Rd location for more than 20 years. I've had a few dogs & cats that they cared for over the years. Recently they closed the Raines Rd facility & directed me to this Germantown location.I'm sorry to say, this location appears to nice on the surface. The leather chairs were ripped & tattered. The service was very different. I arrived to my appointment early. But as I sat & waited for 35 minutes before we were asked to come into the examination room. Then we waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. Mind you, this place wasn't busy at all. When I came in there was only 1 person waiting.The examination was very quick & very expensive, compared to previous vet visits at the Raines Rd location. After being there for 1.5 hrs , I left with my pockets over $200 bucks lighter.Needless to say how disappointed I am with Pet Vax as a company. They closed a very decent facility with an excellent staff that cared for my pets & didn't overcharge me.

Nice friendly staff, Treated my pup, like their own. My first pup, since adulthood, They understood that he was a boy pup trying to mark his territory.. so embarrassing.. but they made me feel not embarrassed. just a Little expensive

Amanda was a wonderful help I had My 1 year old son with me and Amanda offered to come outside and get my fur baby made the process easy and the best experience ever highly recommend Amanda we need more people in this world like her I really appreciated that help more than she will ever know.

We love Petvax , both our boxers love going there to visit everyone. It's clean , the staff are great and always send reminders when it's time for our boys to come in and see them. Prices are great and we love Dr. Cantrell !
