This shop went above and beyond. My sons first car and we had tried to do his electric window ourselves and failed!! Not only were they polite and helpful but the part we bought and brought was faulty. They sent it back themselves and even had new part delivered! They treated us with such respect and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish they did everything. I would bring my cars to them for every piece of work available. Honesty and kindness go a long way.

First time customer. I refused the work because I felt I could beat the price. Also the company refused to repair the bumper; recommend purchase bumper only. That’s ok, but I wasn’t ready to spend the money for the parts to replace at this time. Customer was good

Phillips Auto Body were awesome to work with! Everyone I dealt with was super nice & professional. Had to repair a damaged rear bumper and trunk hood. They did my estimate right away that day (I had to wait days-weeks for other places to get an estimate). Had to do this repair out of pocket (no insurance), and they came in under the estimate and exactly in the time frame they quoted me. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent staff and owners! Took car into shop and repaired correctly the first time. Very organized staff. The front desk lady is awesome. Thurmond is awesome as well. After car was dropped off. They communicated with the insurance on adjustments needed. Top notch job completed by all. Thank you. This is not our first time to work with this group. I’m sure I’ll be back.

During the storm a tree fell on my sisters car. I called couple of places that wanted more than what the insurance company would pay. Phillips was booked, so got scheduled for 6 weeks later and the car came out perfect and accepted the amount the insurance estimated. The staff was amazing. Highest recommends to Phillips Auto Body!!!

I got a quick estimate to cover the damages to my car however ? Liberty Mutual denied my clas stating they couldn't prove I was hit and the photos I sent in of the damages looked like normal whear and tear over time. I'm hoping to work some thing out with the staff at Phillips so I can pay for the repairs needed. Meanwhile I'm still paying $200.00 a month insurance for a 2015 Nissan Versa stick shift. Hope to get back to everyone with a favorable update for this post!

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They had done some work on my truck previously painting the driver door. The clear coat later started flaking off and looking bad only on the door where they did the work. They have a guarantee on their work so I contacted them and set up a date to drop the truck off and have it warrantied. I was told it would take a week at the most so I needed to drop it off Monday to make sure I have it back Friday. I dropped the truck off Monday. I called just to check the status on it that Wednesday and was told the door had been sanded down and was just waiting to be painted. The end of second week came around and I was never updated or informed on anything, I got a ride up to the shop to check on things. When I pulled in I witnessed my truck sitting behind the fence outside the building, as I went inside to figure out what's going on the front desk lady went and got the technician working on it, he told me the truck is in the paint shop right now I replied no its not I saw the truck sitting outside he argued with me and told me I was wrong. I then coax him outside and he unwilling walk back there with me to find my truck just sitting there nothing at all had been done to it other than remove the door handle in the two full weeks it had been there. Long story short I had to contact the owner, who apologized and said it would be done by Monday of the third week which did not happen. It took the shop three and a half weeks just to paint a door that wasn't repaired correctly by them in the first place and when I finally got the truck back the pinstriping was totally wrong didn't even remotely match the rest of the truck the door was missing emblems the weather stripping was ripped and top and sides of the door were not painted all, allowing opportunity for rust. Very displeased, I don't appreciate being lied to and the unsatisfactory work performed.
