I moved into the Midtown area only a few months ago. I was driving 30 minutes away to the PF location I was familiar with. However, I recently decided to go to the PF 1 mile from my new home. I'm really happy I did. Thanks for making me feel welcome.

It is alright... I do not know who would want to tan more than be massaged - but apparently there is a market for such, as there are more tanning areas than (I just worked out - my body is sore - let me relax) massaging apparatuses 🤔 But this is for the site at Poplar/Avalon. I have frequented this location but it is out of my area now. Looking to go closer to my daily commute.

Not very clean or well stocked, could be set up better, missing some key machines, but biggest complaint is the unfriendly, always on their phone aloof staff. Never a smile, remarry a hello-I’d settle for a nod…especially the short black guy always at midtown- I’m there 3-4 days a week for 3 years, never said a word or even looked in my general direction. I say hello and smile and help EVERY customer that comes in my store. Takes ZERO effort to be polite

I like this location but it’s only one employee that goes above and beyond, this lady Kylee, always makes you feel welcome and she is always seen cleaning and making sure it’s sanitary. I would love for the staff to be more attentive and friendly to the customers.

I wouldn’t hire half the staff to tell me the time with watches on. Paper towels are either always out or not put in correctly. Bathrooms are a disgrace. On par with a men’s toilet at a football game. If they were getting paid for being on their phones they would be making bank. I’ve been going there years now and it’s gotten slowly worse. One kid there gives a shit and the rest could care less. That’s why I’m canceling because they don’t give a shit. When you ask them to fix the problem with the paper towels they look at you like you are the problem. I’m not sure what the morning staff are like but the evening staff suck. Don’t bother folks.

I visited this location about a year ago. I was thinking about going again but decided to check the reviews first. I see nothing has changed here other than more bad reviews. I think I'll pass....
I do have a question for whoever responds to these reviews.
Why is it our (the customer) responsibility to address issues with management? Management should already know about these issues if they are doing their job. A missing shower curtain, showers that haven't been cleaned in weeks or broken & faulty fixtures are things management should already know about from doing a daily walk through. At this point, corporate should be replacing management for allowing these issues to go unanswered for months if not years.
I'll end my rant by asking my question again. Why is it the customers responsibility to speak to management at the club concerning these issues?
