Staff was friendly as always. Bathrooms were clean, which is very important to me. Clientele were really good about cleaning equipment after use, which is awesome. Because who wants to touch someone else's sweat. Didn't feel intimidating, and no one was hogging the machines. Plus there's machines at this location I haven't seen at the summer location. Return every chance I get

I ended up having to cancel so I had to come in due to not understanding that I could have canceled remotely. The manager on duty was very polite and courteous!! So with that said, I recommend this place if your in the area and like this kind of thing. Her name is Jecarey! Best service i had in Memphis in a long time!

Wow this place has a disgusting smell especially in the female locker room! It’s disgustingly dirty too the showers have so much hair in the drain trap you can tell the showers are heavily neglected likely never really cleaned.
The smell is so awful I threw up! Had to leave so fast before I threw up again.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who believes in clean vs filthy!

This is a decent Planet Fitness location. It's definitely a bit dated and smaller than many I've been to. The locker room is big and clean. They only have one fly machine unfortunately and a small stretching area.

Opens at 5am? It’s 522 and members are waiting and no one to be found. UPDATE: Good evening, Just saw your response to my google review. I arrived at 522am this morning to the Cordova club. There were others who arrived at 0500. No sign no notice saying not open. I left at 0545. I just tried calling the club and asked to speak to a manager. I wasn?t allowed to speak to a manager but was asked ?what?s the question? I asked if the gentleman was the manager and he said ?what was the question?. I told him and he said ?he let us know he was running a few minutes behind?. I asked if this was going to be consistent because it made a lot of folks mad. He said, and wouldn?t give me his name when asked, ?thanks for letting us know?. Come on?. I can get better service across the street ?literally? at Crunch. social media team member Val suggested I call the club after emailing (per their request). Might cancel my membership tomorrow since they can’t seem to open on time or read..

Planet Fitness has a predatory billing method. I went one time and had paid over $300 before canceling.
