The food was meh…The biggest issue was the woman at the register shouting out the drive thru window at another co worker. It startled me and it was very unprofessional. She was so distracted that she forgot to put utensils in my bag. I guess I’m supposed to eat with my hands.

The older lady with the short black wig was rude..Using profanity and barking orders at her coworkers. I see why business chooses to go elsewhere. I was skipped several times and wouldn’t left if I hadn’t already paid.

I had two personal online orders. One they said that they did not see, and that they did not have my food items. How can you not see the order if you’re describing the order to me at the speaker? So I was asked if I’d like the substitution, which I hesitantly obliged. They didn’t have spicy chicken, nor anymore chicken sandwiches. Mind you this is early evening. Drove to the window I was told that my second online order had a 6 minute wait time. 25 minutes later out comes only one of my orders. I told the young man that I’m missing an order, and what I’m missing. He sent a young lady out to recommend that I cancel the order altogether. I asked why ? She said that he didn’t give an explanation. I asked for the mngr. Why did I do that? She was just as garbage, rude, and unprofessional as the shift she was running. She’s (the oldest mngr there;just to specify) The young lady came out , and said that the mngr asked if I could come inside bc she’s old and it’s cold. (They’d asked me to wait by the garbage can….ewww , btw) I said to tell her that I couldn’t bc my babies were in the car(too young to sit in the car by themselves, and not to mention my infant son was asleep). She comes out not apologizing for anything, but even upon showing my receipt, she was very nasty and rude, and I will NEVER patronize another Popeyes. She ruined it for all of the locations. It’s always some ghetto behavior, unfit, unprofessional, and incompetent leadership, food issues, ridiculous wait times, etc here, and I mean every single time. The chicken is old, the boxes are torn, they give you what they want you to have instead of what you’ve ordered, the biscuits are bricks…it’s always something. They need to trash this location, and put something more useful there like a Chic Fil A. They have a much better and professional system.

The Popeyes located at Elvis Presley and Shelby Drive is pitiful. I will go to Popeyes, but not that one. The chicken tasted as if it was a day old.

This store shows very poor customer, does not allow customers in store most of the time. Drive thru is ridiculously long at all times, attitudes of manager, employees is tort disgusting. Do no shop this store, please.

The service is slow a lot of the times they want you to pull up to wait on your order. They also stop serving certain thing they don't want to drop or cook. Bad service after 8:30pm. Need improvement with management.
