They answer and then hang up, I called more than once, seems unprofessional and rude. It's good to know the environment before getting into it.

This company is garbage. One of their drivers hit my parked truck. They gave the police an expired insurance policy, and after dozens of attempts to get a hold of someone that can help and empty promises of calling us back, we have to look into taking them to court because they refuse to do the right thing.
