Parked here for 2 nights whilst staying at the Hu. It was accessible, no issues and provided the ability to enter and leave at my will at no additional cost.

It's a fine parking garage. The elevators don't work, but otherwise I had no issues. It appeared safe, you pay via QR code or the app. It has a function to add money if needed. The stairwell was clean and well lit. It's about a 20 min walk to Beale St. from the garage.

This Garage really need to be Inspected. The elevator is always out. When it Rain water is running from the floors above. After it snowed the elevators where out again rain water where draining from the walls.
