The pharmacy attached to the clinic can’t fill a prescription for over a week because they can’t get doctors approval…… from within their own building. A weeks worth of phone calls and voicemails and I can’t get any answers or speak to anyone. Unprofessional and down right dangerous.

I love Dr. Adams & the Medical Assistants. Dr. Adams always explains things in simple terms. The front desk & other staff are friendly as well. The lab techs are always helpful as well, and they listen to my opinion on where to draw my blood.

The appointment schedule rep stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour just to schedule an appointment. Wasted time just waiting for her to do god knows what, probably for time on the call for money.

This place has really changed. Laura Thompson, MD was the best. Madiha Haji, MD, is rude, angry and cold person. Stay away!

I have been receiving treatment from here for the past two years and Dr Adams is wonderful. She always listens and addresses my concerns The pharmacy staff Ebony is so professional. She remembers everyone by name and she's always smiling and very helpful. Danielle is also very professional and helpful as well too They all work very well together to get things done.

These reviews are crazy!! This place is amazing. From reception, to nurse, to doctor, to blood work, to check out at the end. These people are super nice and helpful!! I was blown away by the hospitality!! Super friendly and nice. I definitely would recommend.

I miss Laura Thompson she took great care of me as her patient! Now every time I go it's never the same provider so you can't get comfortable with them and they don't know you!!! Can somebody please tell me where Laura Thompson is?

The staff and pharmacists there are wonderful. Darlene and Kim at the desk are always friendly and professional. The pharmacist are swift with the rxs. The lady with the braids (I think her name is Brittany) is really nice. She goes out of her way to help. But my Dr. Adams is the best. She’s always professional regardless of how many patients she has, She listens and waits to she if you have questions regarding your health Dr Adams wants you to be concerned about your treatment as well as your health care. Her assistant Tia is very friendly and professional as well. I’m always happy to see them.

The staff was friendly, the nurse/medical tech was efficient, and the doctor did a great job listening. I wish this could be more stars. But dang they are hard to reach! I always have to wait over 20 mins (often longer) on hold and need to eventually do something else after 30 mins and try again later or even another day. Today this happened again and I decided to try again a little before 4:30 when maybe they’d be less busy. But instead got an automated message saying their hours end at 5 so there was no way to reach anyone. It wasn’t 5 yet by over half an hour. I had this same experience over a month ago and told them when I came in, and they said “that’s strange.”They also did not communicate well with me about a sample. I was told to come back with a stool sample and instructions were in the bag, and I could just walk in and drop it off for the lab at my convenience. There were no instructions in the bag. I sent the sample with my husband since it was on his way to work and if I took it I would have to also take our two babies in with me. But they wouldn’t take it from him unless he signed in as me as a walk in appt, had to wait to get called back for the “appointment,” only to just pass it to the lab. Very frustrating since they had claimed otherwise and he was late to work because of it.

The worst! You can never get an appointment until months later, they never answer the phone and the wait time when you get there is too long. Save your time and money.

I've seen Dr. Cecelia Adams and NP Merkita Lester. Both are great and provide excellent communication and care! Take the time to go though and break down everything, explaining whatever you need to understand very well. I appreciate the care provided here. Even the pharmacy at this location is awesome. Have not had a bad experience especially with Ebony(hope that's right) and the pharmacist who took the time to show me how to work my device! Hate I forgot his name. Thank you.

The staff is horrible at communicating with each other. The PCP I saw did not listen to the information I was providing her and prescribed me a useless medication which ended up giving me adverse side effects. She was also extremely unhelpful in diagnosing the other symptoms I came in with. Don't waste your time with these people.

I have been a patient for about a year and nothing but problems since then. This clinic can NEVER get my medication correct. One time I called to ask about my prescriptions and they didn't even have the one that I need the most in their computer system! I'm at Walgreens right now because my primary care provider keeps sending a refill for the wrong type of medication. I have explained to this provider countless times that this particular one causes a bad reaction but they continue to get it wrong! Mark, one of the phone reps, is the one I mostly get when I call and he can be subjective and dismissive. I have remained a patient because I don't want to have to change providers during this pandemic and it is nearby so there is no long commute. But, I do not recommend this doctor's office at all. They just cannot get my medication right. This has happened a few times and it is always an inconvenience and very frustrating. Again, I do not recommend this location. I even spoke with one of the supervisors and I am still having the same issues.
