Best delivery service you could ask for! Andy and Alton are very responsive, polite, and honest. My job was using a national company to cover routes if our driver was out, but we finally had enough headaches that I got the delivery team to add Priority as our preferred vendor and they have been amazing! Our accounting department even accidentally sent thousands of dollars in checks to them for deliveries that they didn't handle, but Andy notified us and didn't cash them. I almost hate leaving such a good review and having others book them up, but they deserve it!

Outstanding! Everyone I talked to showed real pride in their work and were professional and polite despite our difficult requests. We had a snafu with fedex for an enormous, heavy, and super high priority crate and Andy and his team got us taken care of, even when things went south and Fedex lost our crate! Andy was able to get a driver on-call on Friday night and make a saturday delivery happen, so our crate is now safe and sound in clients' hands. If I ever need a delivery in Memphis, I know who I'm calling. Don't worry, they got you!

These people are downright friendly. They don't make it sound like what they're doing is work. It feels more like they're friends eager to do me a favor than employees looking to make a buck, and I really appreciate their positive attitudes! They're definitely my favorite courier service in town.

I don't know how many times I've used couriers in different cities, but it's hundreds. My view: It doesn't get any better than Priority Courier Service. These guys MEAN IT. They want the work. They'll do it right. They're out, clearly, to delight their customers. I've been amazed, frankly, how quickly they'll get tasks done. I'm just a "little guy" customer of theirs--I give them neither very frequent work nor pricey work. Yet they treat my work and the items I send as if I'm a big, regular customer. This is a truly honorable company with modern methods and old-fashioned integrity. Whether you need to move a little or a lot, Priority is the company to call.

For me, and for each of the several clients I've sent, Priority Courier has been a genuinely excellent experience. I regularly hear: "They were here within minutes!" Fees are eminently reasonable. These are old-fashioned, get-it-done people of real integrity. If there are other courier services in town, I've forgotten who they are...
