Ever since the new owners, T and Phoebe took over this salon I have been a loyal customer. Having traveled throughout the country for work I often got mani/pedi services outside of Memphis because of my schedule - but let me tell you, you won’t get better service, quality results, cleaner salon, or more professional and attentive customer service than you will here. The pedicure is the best, foot massage is more than 3 minutes and they really take time to make you feel relaxed and pampered. I usually get dip on my nails and it lasts a on average a month without chipping. The hot rock foot massage is the best and highly recommended. The salon is spotless and inviting and they ensure cleanliness with your service. Top notch and the best in Memphis. This is not the assembly line service you will get in most nail salons. Must try and you won’t be disappointed. Appointment is recommended.

This place is awesome!! The guy did my pedicure and went to town. A detail was not left out. The gal did my nails and they both did a phenomenal job! Might I add they both were so kind, the woman was pregnant and it was Christmas Eve.

this place was very efficient and timely (for the most part). T (the nail technician goes by "T") was a very nice person to talk to and made me feel right at home. the service i requested was executed well, and the facility had a quiet vibe to it. the only real critique i have is that i did have to ask for my complementary water a few times because they kept forgetting to give it to me and T had to get up a few times during my service to attend to other customers and get them settled. the location is conveniently located, right off of Southern in the same strip by Target. they are a little on the pricer side - i paid $75 after tipping. they have great service, too! i just recommend you make an appointment so you don't have as many possible interruptions as i did.

Nail techs here are professionals by far. I have had to visit other places due to travel, girls' time, etc, and can see a noticeable difference in quality of service. I have natural nails that they take extra care to preserve and protect them.

So far all of my experiences here have been positive and will continue to come back, last time they were closed and I went elsewhere it was an unpleasant experience. The salon is very clean , plenty of nail polish options, staff is friendly. Prices can seem high to some but the salon cleanliness and work is worth it.

Stated on both website and front door that they opened at 9:30 am on Monday and waited outside the door for then to open for 30 minutes and no one ever came to opened. Called the number and no one answered. Left and went to a way better nail salon down the street! 0/10 for Pro nails! Waste of time!
