The design is cute , but my nails are messy and too big for my fingers I will not be coming back . This nail salon is to expensive to be messing over there customers!!

I’m never going back. I’ve been going here for years but yesterday was very distasteful my finger got cut during a manicure and it was bleeding like a paper cut and the lady continued buffing my nail with blood on it which is a huge no no and while getting a pedicure I noticed none of the instruments came from sterile packages and today I woke up with sore nail beds I’ll never go back there again.

Rude and make snide remarks. I would hope that they would be courteous to their clients who are spending their time and money at their establishment.

I normally come on a Thursday or Friday evening before closing which works out good no issues! I come on a Saturday afternoon at 12 noon and wait paitently 3 hours because I asked and found out that they had been short staffed for some time. The problem is you don't put another customer in front of me for any reason without asking me if its ok especially after I've sat paitently for 3 whole hours. It's unfair and not ok

I’ve come here a few times and at first service was ok and I always tip %20 this last time they tried to bate and switch me after I requested she wash her hands after just finishing her other customer, so she did and rushed my nails they were sloppy. Now mind you I get the same gel over lay. I just paid and left no tip. Also note: The other young girls are pretty rude to customers. You shouldn’t have to endure snide remarks and sloppy work where you spend your time and money.
