Super secure. 2 gate locks you have to go thru to get to your stuff. Kinda spooky sometimes when your the only one in the building. 5 months and ive only seen 2 other people in the building. I do have to go regulary and switch stuff out tho.

I lost the keys to my unit at the Poplar location in Memphis. It took a little bit to get in touch with someone, but after I did, I had incredible service. Someone met me at the office, sold me a new lock, and I was able to leave it to be replaced when the old lock could be cut off. She gave me one key that day.Once the locks were changed, Kris(Chris?) called me and said I could come and pick up my second key.I forgot to go pick it up that day, and she called the next day to remind me! That’s what I call great customer service.Thank you!!
