I reached out 3 times to Public Storage by phone and through the app and NEVER heard back from them. The unit had water coming in and fortunately, we didn’t have anything damaged but they NEVER followed up with us. When they had a live person working there, it was great. When they chose a virtual attendant, there was NO service or follow up

This location is very convenient to the residents living in the downtown area. We have helped clients relocate by packing their belongings and moving the contents into this facility. The site is well maintained and secured. The process is always easy. The staff was helpful and considerate. We highly recommend this location.

I’ve rented with these people before and now that they’ve gone to a centralized customer service system. It’s really horrible. I am renting a unit in downtown Memphis and I called the customer service and the guy said I had to buy a barrel lock up, from them and I couldn’t use my regular round lock. So I go all the way to the storage unit and I notice everyone else is using round locks and then I look in the unit and he’s had me a round rock placed in there and it has charged me for it. Waste two hours of my time on my day off. The customer service representative from the corporate was named John and he misled me but Drescha the local manager here, cleared it up for me and gave me a refund.

Let me take a moment to thank Ms AJ for all the help she has given me since my relocation from NYC to Memphis. As anyone can imagine moving is hard, but Mrs AJ not only made me feel welcome to Memphis but has been accommodating to all my storage needs. Dresha is the best public store representative I have incountered in the 12 years of doing business with Public Storage. I want to move to a different storage company due to public storge had rised my month lease to $400 per month and Dresha offered to transfer me to a smaller unit which was cheaper and the perfect size for my items. Thank you Dresha!!!
