Every quoted price is not real. It will double then triple then quadruple until you get out of there. Customer service never returns phone messages. Also did I mention the place down the street doesn’t raise rates aggressively? I honestly think they are buying fake votes to get to 4.7 stars… check out the sheer number of 1 star ratings.

Monthly RATE increased 29% after initial four months! Manager is very helpful, professional and an overall nice person. Clean/organized facility, always felt safe.

I had a fantastic experience at Public Storage, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Bernice Johnson! She was absolutely wonderful so kind, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Ms. Bernice went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my rental. If you’re looking for great storage and even better customer service, ask for Ms. Bernice you won’t be disappointed!

I'm looking for a new storage unit to move too. I read the reviews before I called and when Ms. Bernice picked up i was happy. I read quite a few reviews about her and thought ok I'm going to get great service. When I explained everything she had me explain it again. Before I could get everything out she avoided my question and said I don't have that and hung up. Don't have what I'm looking for that's fine. Avoiding my question and interrupting me and hanging up is rude. I was very disappointed.

Ms. Bernice is the sweetest managers I've met from the day I was transitioning to and old storage facility where I had a horrible property manager that would never help me, lied to me saying it would go on my credit, when I moved to this location Ms. Bernice has been the one that has always helped me and been a listening ear like another mom to me after mine passed. Thank You I appreciate all that you do and have done.
