Super easy move in process! I was sent all the information I needed to access my unit as soon as I booked it. The facility is clean and well maintained. James followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly and was very helpful! Definitely recommend.

I've been using this storage facility for 1½ months and have never had a problem. I lost the key to my lock and the manager let me drill the lock out and purchase a new one.

Public Storage is the worst storage company I've ever used. It is said in the documents you sign that if you move your things out after they take the rent but before the 31 or 30th of said month then they are supposed to prorate it and give you a return but instead they raise the rent to astronomical prices and not give you your money back after you move out before the deadline. They are crooks and theives. I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone ever.
