I’ve had one of my best experiences at Public Storage with Sheri at the Covington Pike location in Memphis. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never had a problem here, but I’ve never before been greeted by an employee who proactively offered cost-saving options as I leased an additional unit to stage my home for sale. Thank you, Sheri, for saving me money during this transition, and being a true professional that enjoy helping customers.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Shari, the property manager. From the start, she has been professional, attentive, and truly cares about her customers. She takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and makes sure everything is clear and stress-free. Shari goes above and beyond to keep the property well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
What really stands out is her friendly personality and the way she treats everyone with respect. It’s not easy to find someone so reliable and committed to customer service these days, but Shari makes the whole process simple and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend working with Shari if you need storage—you’ll be in great hands!

CRISITI is AMAZING!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. If you have questions about public storage policies and processes, she’s the expert you want to speak with. Even when she was busy with a meeting, she took the time to assist me, which I truly appreciated.
I especially want to thank her for being so kind. She didn’t have to let me and my little daughter wait in the lobby, but she opened the door and welcomed us in for some much-needed A/C. It made a world of difference!

Storage area looks very safe and secure! I got a 10x10 which was recommended for my daughter's one bedroom , den, washer and dryer. It is little tight, however you know young lady's and their stuff. It also has two roll-up doors about the size of regular doors, only one goes up, so I really recommended you look at this size before getting it, I didn't! Oh you kind have to purchase a lock only take cylinder locks. Cost almost 90, however glad because there is a gate to enter as well. And there's an app, you can use on your phone!
