Worst storage facility ever! You can never get in touch with anyone when you need something, but the rude property manager had the audacity to call me and say that she would add a $500 fee to my account for a Amazon box that I sat on the side of the dumpster because it's ALWAYS locked and before it was locked it was always overflowing. My rent was raised after three months and I can't even throw a box away. As much as we pay it should be enough to get the trash emptied three times a week to prevent overflow. It takes hours to get a call back but the cameras can be monitored for trash! Don't even bother storing your valuables here! ZERO STARS

Prices have slowly gotten way high. No trash cans or dumpster open to public, and of course bathrooms locked. Think for what you pay you might as well get a storage shed

As if the stresses of moving and getting storages isn't already high, the funky attitudes of these employees at storage units are horrid. I've tried a whole new company and it's still the same. It's like .... These storage companies seek to hire the absolute WORST mofos they can find. Rude as fuck, unprofessional, and just LAZY AS FUCK like dayum. Ya sit on your ass all fuckin day at a self service storage. Literally an east check so why so rude? It's one lady in there that ... nvm. Pick somewhere else. PICK ANOTHER LOCATION. If you're seeking good customer service, this place ain't it. Hell if you're seeking bare minimum customer service, this ain't it. Picked this location for convenience and it still was a bad decision. One star is way too much. I hate this location. HATE HATE HATE. I do NOT recommend.

The rate that you start with will only be good for a few months, then an increase, then another, then another. I started out 18 months ago with a reasonable rate, and then the increases began. I'm terminating this unit today and my rate is more than double what I signed on for. Bring your own hand trucks, or carts, because the very few (3) that they have, are locked in the office. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. There are 3 access points for an approx. 500 unit facility. One of those has been broken for months. Only one side of the double entry doors works. The other side is actually bolted shut. (I probably should check into a fire code violation for a non-functioning exit door) Good luck getting your king size mattress through a single door! Also, don't even consider using the fully functional double doors on the office, just a few feet away, you will rapidly be informed that you can not use those doors. The closest other door which works is a football field away. Only use this storage facility as a last resort or for a very short duration.

This company is basically a scam. Besides difficult access and lack of service the company lures you in with a competitive rate, not particularly low but merely competitive with other companies, and then, once you have gone to the trouble and expense of moving in, they wait a month or so and then raise your rate by 40 percent! Seems like a deliberate "bait and switch" scam. Do not rent with this company! As soon as I can find another place I am moving out!

The service to store your personal or business items is possible here. As a person who appreciates customer service the business itself lacks it. Not only do they fail to communicate with you they really are only interested in renting a unit. They will use specials to attract you and will raise the rent fee within 2-3 months by at least 50%. Be very careful! Also they expect the rent on the first of the month and will start bombarding you with calls after a missed payment of 3 days (smh!). If you have miss a payment for 3 weeks not even a full month the "district manager" will break into your unit by cutting your locks! I encourage you to look elsewhere.
