They have a decent selection of clothes for most sizes of women, but keep in mind the clothes are low priced because they are cheaply made. The only con @ the Poplar & Avalon location is that they do not allow anyone to use their fitting rooms, which has remained this way since after Covid!! They offer a 7 day return policy, which is fine, but it's inconvenient to buy something , get home try it on, then discover it doesn't fit, only to return & discover they've sold out of the garment you want, lol. Hasn't happened to me, but ijs.

I visited this store on three separate occasions and I thought the unfriendliness of the sales associates was related to being a busy time of the day. Turns out it has nothing to do with business. The sales associates are very nonchalant and do not seem to want to be of assistance. On one of the visits I had a shopping bag from another store and I was asked to surrender my bag until I was done shopping. OMG who does that; I remembered this from back in the day; it was like stepping into a time capsule; this was very disappointing. As I walked around to look; there were atleast three associates there and no one asked if they could be of assistance. I did find a couple of things. My encounter with the associate at the register was somewhat rude. She was engaged in conversation with her co worker as she rang me up and only asked what method of payment I would be using. 😒

The Store Is Under New Management And Has A Whole New Staff. The Entire Staff Is Very Friendly And Very Professional. This Location Is Pretty Small, But Keeps New Merchandise Weekly. It’s Also Very Neat, Clean And Organized. I’ve Shopped With Rainbow For Years And They Have Always Had Great Quality Clothing, Reasonable Prices And Great Customer Service. If You Have Never Shopped At This Location, You’re Definitely Missing Out . . . Never Underestimate The Small Stores.

Beautiful, reasonably priced selection of clothing. Store is organized, even though it's really not a large one compared to some of the others. The workers are always friendly when I go, and they move pretty quickly. I'll get photos on my next visit, which will be soon.

The representatives greet you as you walk in the store. They’re available if you need something off the shelf. They also had no problem helping a lady put an outfit together. The store was stocked with so many items. They had clearance prices throughout the store. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I love stopping into Rainbow shops to see new arrivals and to grab a few essentials. They have all types of clothes, shoes, accessories and more. The prices are great. The clothes are cute and trendy, but most importantly the quality of their items are good for the prices. This store is always fully stocked with current items. It is also clean and organized making it easy to find things. The sales associates are kind and always willing to assist.
