If I could give a negative review I would. My mother went into this location last week to return an item and was humiliated and false accused of stealing a $15 shirt. The manager has no customer service skills and the new hire is untrained and unprofessional. They were very combative, unruly and utterly ridiculous. The new hire proceeded to read my mom’s card number out loud and make a complete mockery of my mother. I need someone to contact me, so that I can make a formal complaint. She was completely discriminated against. Do better with your hiring process and training.

IF I COULD GIVE THE STORE 0 STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. WE PURCHASE HERE LITERALLY EVERY WEEK. AT RANDOM THE MANAGER STOPPED US AT THE DOOR TO CHECK OUR RECIEPT AND SAID THAT THIS WAS “STANDARD” TO LOOK THROUGH OUR BAGS FOR ANY EXTRA ITEMS…. NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED IN MY LIFE AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Now I remember why I stopped spending my coins at this Rainbow... the customer service is still horrible. Customers standing in line, one cashier who's doing a large exchange, and other worker standing back there with a price gun. No team work... beautiful affordable clothes but I'll rather shop in a more friendly environment. I will not be back to this one....

The worst Rainbow I've ever been to. The customer service was trash. The cashiers did not move efficiently at all. The lines were long, and the cashiers made me feel unwanted. I understand making small talk with the customer, but you also must try to get the customer out in a timely manner. They gossip and chatted the intire time. I will not shop here again. The Rainbow in Southaven is better.

MOD , Thomas has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE! 1256P 11/9/23She hung up in my face and was very snappy, all due to an error her staff made. Clearly both home and professional training are subpar.

The customer service was horrible, only one cashier was attending customers while management played with hangers at the register, informing customers that it was only three workers inside the store,after customers asked could she help the young lady with check outs “she said no she was tired” I guess she assumed she was the only one that worked on today… sad store very unprofessional. Several customers placed items dwn and walked out. Rainbow please train your managers with better customer service and communication.
