I'm visiting Memphis , decided to go to Rainbow. Store employees arrive at 10 , I'm in my car and several people has pulled on the door and left. It's now 13 minutes after 10 and store is not open.

This place needs more staffing immediately!
Making these poor old ladies do all this work
They could barely handle doing a basic return
They do not have the capacity to be doing it all!
That is absolutely a shame it’s elder abuse!

The policy is crazy and two of the staffs are rude. You can’t try on the items before you buy them and if you loose the receipt before returning items you can’t. You are literally stuck with something you can not fit. Hate this establishment

Terrible return experience if you are returning online merchandise. This store is clean but customer service is terrible, false price specials. Always loop holes. If you are returning online merch, they will not take you online email receipt.

Because I was wearing a bonnet, I was racially profiled. My sister-in-law overheard them using foul words about me and my child as I was leaving the store and was then accused of stealing as well. Despite calling the store manager, nothing was done! Maxine “store manager” informed me that she was doing interviews at the time and was unable to assist me. Never again would I set foot inside a rainbow store. A complaint was lodged after corporate was contacted.
