I am most impressed with the quality of service and professionalism by Ms.McCoy and the staff at the downtown Memphis branch where I recently opened a business account. Ms. McCoy was most helpful and informative and took the time to answer all of my questions. 5 out of 5 on all aspects.

This branch is a haven for a waste of your time. Workers are inexperience, not knowledge of banking subjects , talk on phone with other phone customer and lobby is overflowing with customer inside, does paperwork incorrectly, make errors, not detail. June 12, 2021 I came in about 3pm for a wire transfer for an house closing ( Devin) for June 13, 2021.I ask how long it will take for transfer he state 2 to 3 days. Ask the other worker she said possible 1 day. I went home and check with customer service because I notice money was still in my account. Transfer was not done properly because he was not authorized to transfer this amount of money, need manager approval based on when I check with Region customer service because the money was not out of my account. All Employees need training

The Branch Manager there is great , fast service got me in and out quickly. Really nice looking branch on the inside. Two atm available . Have to have a Regions card after hours to get to the atm which protects you after hours no one bothers you in a secure area.

I went in today and Lakeisha was extremely kind and helpful. For a young adult just kind of figuring out her bank accounts and which ones to have, it was really nice to be helped by someone so friendly and knowledgeable. It took no time at all! Thank you!!

No Tellers!! Unbelievable! There are three people at desks and they do everything. There is a Manager in the back and he came out only for a restroom break. I was here over 25 minutes to get $100 through western union.

Eleven years ago I took a loan with Regions Bank, last month I decided to pay the loan off in full. I mailed them a check for the amount of the statement balance that was on the loan payment form they sent. This month I received a bill for an additional seventy nine dollars for interest. I called for an explanation and was told that the amount on the bill was in fact the amount left on the loan, but not the close out cost. I was told I should have called them to get a close out cost, (even though the bill clearly stated my balance). I ask the three progressive higher ups how would I know to do that, the first two told me it was on my statement, which they later had to admit was not true. The third supervisor told me that direction was probably in my original loan document from eleven years ago. The only thing all three supervisors could offer as advice was just pay the bill because we can't help. Worse bank, worse customer service EVER

Offered to pay to have something notarized and turned down because not a customer. I am still offering to pay for the service. Doesn't make sense.
