It’s a Friday and it’s only one teller at the desk. This is horrible. I’m the 6th person in line and it’s moving incredibly to slow. This is so pathetic and annoying. Especially being on the clock for work needing to get back to my own store. They care nothing about the customers

Ever since this location was vandalized, the doors and the outside ATM has not been fixed. Regions needs to fix them. Customers want to feel safe, and the wooden doors are an eyesore.

Thanks to the sweetest banker, Jessica, I was able to get me the money i needed from my account an hour after closing. she could tell i was stressed about them being closed and asked what i needed. I told her my card was invalid and that I had no gas or money and really needed to get money from my account. she told me to go in line behind the lady she was already helping as well and that she would help me. I am not sure if she was planning on staying over an hour past closing or if she had other things to do but regardless she is a life saver and deserves a raise! This is how everyone should be. the other man working in there made a funny joke and that also made me rlly happy. great customer service!

This bank is horrible will never open up an account with them ever again I paid the balance of a credit card payment with a check have the receipt from bank and transaction from my bank statement in which the payment came from. I get a bill from Regions showing past due for past due payment and a payment due for this much how is this so when I paid the full balance Oct 3rd and taken from my account Oct 4th. Regions have lost their mind along with the unprofessional rude people that work in customer service and the bank as well. Regions looking to get sued by me

My husband use money orders to pay our rent and have never had an issue until today at this regions. Our usual branch was closed so we came to this one instead. We are able to get money orders through the drive through at the other regions and I’ve done it several times so we went through the drive through here and she said “we do money orders inside” so I said ok. My husband went inside, stood in line for 20 minutes just to get told by the teller they didn’t have money orders. It was a huge waste of time. We should have been told in the drive through that you guys were out of money orders.

Waited here about 15 minutes once on a Saturday, 4th person in line. The bank was not even open when the information online said it was as well as the hours on the door. It was so frustrating I literally laughed and left. This past Saturday visited the location on Summer Ave. and it took about 45 minutes to deposit a check. Went inside, had to wait for someone to leave because the door was locked for no apparent reason (thought maybe it was a limit on customers because of Covid, but there was no sign.) I never leave these reviews but considering switching banks.

Horrible customer service. ATM takes my money and I'm having a hard time talking to someone that can help me get my money back. I have talked to 20 ppl on the phone and they just switch you over to another person that can't help you. I go into the office and there isn't anyone here to help. I clerk and one banker. But I'm suppose to believe that they had someone to come out and check the atm. No way possible. They didn't hesitate to deduct $180.00 without investigating. Everything is recorded at the teller, right. Doesn't make a difference. What is the purpose of having cameras and what is the purpose of having customer service. Regions Bank is stealing from the customers.

Horrible location tried to cash a check needing to buy a car and the bank Assistant Manager Lady told me at the end of closing day a full day of transactions that they can’t cash a $7400 dollar check which was made out through their bank. Bad business and inconvenience.
