So a lady name meta closed my account out after I told this lady everything I needed to to do instead of confirming everything with me and going through my account to see what was taking place now I'm stuck without my money because she did a RUSH JOB I'm doing this review because I'm warning everyone who banks with Regions DO NOT ALLOW META WILLIS TO ASSIST YOU these folks do not care about their customers at all

The drive through set up they have is terrible! waited in the drive through because they wouldn't let me in for a deposit even with a mask. the cars never moved meanwhile ever body that walked up to the window got serviced? is it drive through or walk up? should not have to wait 40 min to make a deposit!!!

Don't ever go this branch they not professional at all I had the worst experience of life there...made a appointment and wouldn't let me in never had this problem at no other branch but this one !!

When I first walked into the bank last year I was not greeded. I walked up to the teller who I was referred to speak with and she ignored me and walked away. So I stood outside talking to the person who referred me on the phone and the Teller came outside and asked if I was there for her and I told her yes. She must realized I was the person she had scheduled to open an account for, but why ignore a stranger if this is your job? Now in July I go to the bank and another black teller was rude and unfriendly. I told her I just came to close one of my and accounts. She told me "nawl, uh uh. Your account is in the negative so you gotta pay that first." Very unprofessional! So I got on the mobile app and transfered 24 bucks into the account to make the account current. She still was rude and snobby so I told her to close all my accounts. She said I had to pay 25 dollars to close it because it hasn't been 90 days. MORAL OF THE STORY IS EVERY WOMAN AT THIS BANK WAS RUDE EVERY TIME I WALKED INTO THAT BRANCH!
