Wow! Regions has no value for customer's time or service. I thought the other location North of this one was the problem, but the issue is systemic. 9 customers in line and only one bank teller at the window. I am changing my business and personal accounts to Chase! I have been with Regions since 1998 in high school.

I had great experience in 1974.I sold Kirby Vacuums for the Ed and Wilt Lax Kirby Franchise. Our family moved to Omaha and my mom and stepdad worked for the Kirby Franchise in Omaha. I wanted to graduate from HS. So I didn't sell in Omaha.In 2012 I had a Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce membership for my Bubble-Worm, LLC. Holding company for my intellectual property. I still own 70%. Investors own the rest.I have other IP.I'll be looking for a PRIME. Hopefully soon.

That automated phone system has to go! 9 million buttons later I still haven't gotten any answers then when I get put on hold I'm on hold forever I've never spoken to anyone

They answered the phone Midtown Medical and when I said, midtown medical? The girl on the phone said, do you have a wrong #? I said I must and hung up to look up Regions in a different source. When I called back with a slightly different # same girl answered Midtown Medical. When I ask her name she hung up on me. Regions will not win any friends doing business this way.

Terrible service, inept employees/manager. They will not protect your money!! I'm closing my account with Regions on Monday and going to a different bank.
