Sometimes the service is okay, most of the time it is horrible. The tellers are incredibly rude to me, even though I always go out of my way to be very polite. It seems better if you go earlier in the day, but if you need anything done in the afternoon, good luck. Took me nearly 30 minutes to make a simple deposit when I was the only person in line. By the time I finally left, there were 6 cars lined up. I definitely got the impression that the teller was hoping we'd give up and go to another Regions. She was blatantly ignoring me for about 7 minutes. Thankfully, I am not a customer of Regions myself, I just have to drop deposits for my work. I have already filed a complaint with corporate.

Everytime; I come to this location the sevice is slow with limited staff. This is the only bank that I work with that online bank apps never work; bank transfers from this bank to another take up to five days. Customer service over the phone takes longer than 45 mins to get an agent. The only rep that I like nekita she appears to be the hardest working rep on site because she is always there

I was sent an account incentive in the mail advertising a $400 bonus within 90 days of making a 1000 dollar deposit. This was a no-brainer for me and yet I was a bit skeptical... Turns out I was right. There were three stipulations to receiving said bonus funds: opening a life green savings account, depositing $1000, and enrolling in online banking. I went to the bank after entering the online code as instructed. I told the bank personnel what I was there for and to set up all conditions required as per their own advertisement. I was told all conditions were met. Whenever I tried to personally log into my online account I was denied and was told I would receive an email that never came. Finally went back to the bank and they had to set up a new online profile. After 90 days I never received the promised incentive bonus and when inquired they persisted that it was because I "didn't enroll in online banking" which I had them do not once but twice. I feel as though this was a scam to capture funds for the amount of time and money I have had in this account and regions lack of concern for correcting this situation. Bad business.

I just left this branch. Why do I even bank with you if your drive through woman employee is going to be rude and snap at me? I didn't do anything to receive that kind of treatment. Way to go out of your way with exceptional customer service ?. All this over a simple deposit, PATHETIC and non-acceptable! ??

10/10 recommended. The easiest bank account ever, super accommodating and helped me out when another bank wouldn't and I was in a super big pickle. 100% saved the day for me

Nakita was phenomenal on the phone yesterday and is a joy, very professional and excellent at her job.I hope she gets a raise and a vacation very soonAnd...before I left a teller helped an elderly man to his car. This bank is on top of customer service.

Great customer service, thorough and professional practices and services. The building has good lighting and is very clean. The staff is friendly and answered all of my questions.

My brother and I had an issue with depositing a check via the regions app. We learned a hold was placed on it, and it wouldn't be deposited for a month. We went to this location and the branch manager was able to stop the hold and get it deposited instantly. All employees we approached at this location showed great customer services skills, were extremely informative, unlike the other location we went to prior to this one. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Called and asked about a check that was supposed to immediately deposit. I was told I had customers behind me and to call back later. I asked to be put on hold and he refused, and when I asked “won’t you have more customers later” he said probably and hung up. I’m changing banks, this is terrible service.

This location is way too slow. It shouldn't take people 45 min to an hour to get through the drive-through. Also, there are barely any employees there ever. If you would maybe consider hiring more people or transferring people from a different bank to this location then cool. I've also had 3 different occasions where they can't read the company printed check(maybe blind?) and put way too much in my account then screw it all up and take too much out. Complete lack of efficiency here. Sad...

I had to get a new debit card and I was nervous it was going to take awhile. The tellers here are actually extremely kind and helpful, and even though there was a long line it only took about 15 minutes.

SLOW! Sitting here an hour already. I wish I had read the other reviews about this location. One banker, one teller. Chairs full and line out the door. Ridiculous.
