My card was closed at the last minute, late night. I didn’t think the bank would be open due to the holiday but they were and I’m so thankful for the fast service!

Staff was super friendly. Walked in today and asked to make an account. I was barely able to sit down in the foyer and get my service dog settled before we were called back. The lady who helped me make the account was super friendly and explained everything needed. Then she walked me up to the front to make my first deposit. The whole team was respectful of my dog working. I didn’t get any better picture other than my dog lying on the tile floor. ??♀️

Regions is the best yet in the Whitehaven community. I continue to have great experiences with Regions! Look forward to visiting each time over an estimated as least 10 years. Members have each been great, professionals and eager to help. Thank you for your service!!!

The teller needs refresher course in basic customer service skills... simply acknowledge the waiting customers while helping the current one- you don't purposefully ignore someone sitting right in front of you. Once she saw me raising my window back up after several minutes, then she wanted to try to speak. Only went to this location bc the closer site stated their system was down. They're much more friendly as well as efficient.

Lines always long .. never properly staffed .. and the security guard is a joke he actually approached me without a mask on and tried arguing with me .. and he told me that he don't have to wear a mask ... Smh

ATM WILL EAT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CARD. THEN SHUT OFF. PEOPLE AT THE DESK WERE NOT HELPFUL AND DIDN'T CARE. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME ONE OF THEIR ATMS HAS DONE THIS TO ME.

My father who has recently been admitted into hospice care set up a legal valid Power of Attorney with me to protect his money. When he discovered my sister was taking money from his account without his authorization, he had me to open a savings account at this bank to move his money into for safe keeping. The bank's legal department verified the POA as a valid legal document, but this one banker lady is going against her bank's legal department and has frozen my dad's accounts. She even went so for as to tell him he could not have access to his money, then reversed the money out of the savings account and it is currently showing as negative. My father is sick and really doesn't need this at this point in his life. I'm am thoroughly frustrated with Regions Bank at this time!
