I just recently opened a savings account a few months ago. And someone.. I think her name was mary called me to ask was I interested in a bank account. I was at work so I asked to call back. I kid you NOT I have called that number over 8 times in the past 2 months. NOBODY ANSWERS this phone. What is the point of it all. I already
have another bank for over 15 years and just wanted to add to it. But I see the reviews really speak for this location and for regions as a whole. I will closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

I was in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes and nobody come in ask everybody focus in he’s own stuff and I was planning open a new account but I decide going to another bank Memphis are different to Regional Banks in TX

We had a horrible experience with customer service at this location. We needed to close an old account and get new cards for an account because of our bank info being stolen. Frank was the bank teller we dealt with, and he had an awful attitude the entire time. He spoke with backhanded insults towards me and my husband, insinuating that we were extremely difficult and stupid. It got so bad that I suggested we move to another bank teller to help us out, since he was clearly becoming agitated with us. His response was to raise his voice and say “I just TOLD you I’m NOT upset” and roll his eyes. He was extremely sarcastic, acted like he was above us the entire time, and instead of working with us patiently or kindly, chose to judge and criticize us instead.
Very disappointed in our experience.

Worst customer service EVER.They have nasty attitudes and they pick and choose who they want to deal with instead of the order of the line. I also witnessed them telling a customer she didn't look like she had money or anything to lose because she had on a bonnet! I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this location ?

Response to Ms Wilson.."Waited in line 7-3-23 behind 9 people get to the teller FINALLY & since my deposit is a commercial deposit the teller tells me to move over she is going to help everyone else and work my deposit in as she goes... So I have to sit and watch everyone coming behind me get assistance. Mind you I ALREADY waited in line & had to close my office down to even come make my deposit. Will definitely see about switching & I suggest all Commercial customers do the same since we are now getting pushed to the side......."... I've had commercial accounts with several banks. Instead of you feeling so inconvenienced you could #1 park and go inside to a teller, or, #2 use their night drop and either call the next morning to confirm it was received and the amount or ask them to mail or even email you the receipt. In all honesty, a commercial customer in the drive thru is inconsiderate of the non commercial customers waiting in line. If I managed the bank there would be no commercial customers allowed in the drive thru.

Kindergarten of ? Banks . Slow slow. Slow. And I'm not talking about the speed. I had a business check I need cashed . The teller tells me she can't can't cash the check ✅. First I have a business account at regions . Second the check is from a Regions Bank??♂️??♂️??♂️. Every time I come here it's something. Everybody is poorly trained on policy. Drive thru line slow always. Ridiculous.

Their ATM never works.It’s such a big inconvenience.We need another bank in the area that you can actual get money from….Regions do better

This regions on summer ave is the worst region in the city, only has 1 atm outside that works 15% of the time, also 1 atm inside that they close at 4pm even though closing time is 4:30pm. Workers are slow even cashing checks. I only deal with this region since it’s close to where I work at but 90% of the time I have to drive 15 extra min to a working atm somewhere else. Maybe try another bank and don’t bank with regions the customer service is not great inside neither slow and with attitudes.

I person working drive thru, one person working window, and 8 people sitting in cubicles or just walking around not helping anyone. This branch of Regions is probably the worst in Memphis.
