This is a nice bank very friendly worker like Ms. Jhery ,I bring my mom here and Ms. Jhery is very helpful and kind to us so I would highly recommend Region bank on Shelby drive. Great Customer Service !!

Came in and waited 45 minutes only for Gwen Allen to tell me she couldn’t help me with either of the things I asked for. Went to another location and got the simple requests done with no problem.
