Designed to be slow. No real thru banking. It's 2023 and banking should be quick a easy now not take all day. It's not even fully staffed on the weekend. If you come on Saturday prepare to wait. Outside the lobby because they are super slow and only designed for a few people at a time. There is no haste in the employees. Who thought this was a good ideal should be fired.

I F'in! HATE Regions!!!But this location is pretty nice.4 Different ATMs. 1 u can CashCheck/TalkTeller.It's pretty D*MN Convenient, U gotta admit.Best location in Memphis. U can do Everything!

This is my second time this locations machines have taken my card. This time has made me reconsider banking with regions anymore. 9:30pm I go to deposit the cash I received from selling a vehicle of mine, and the ATM miss counted my money (off h $100). During the second attempt to allow the machine to add my money up accurately, the **** machine shuts down and restarted several times, taking my money with no receipt or anything to help me to help them verify how much money was lost. Mind you this is the night before I have to go out of state where there are no regions at. Oh, also it's the weekend. So no card and no security of getting my cash back while I'm away. No one should have to go thru any situation like this with a place where you confide in handling the finances appropriately. So while I fly out of state I have to carry the lingering concern in my mind that this lump sum of cash is m.i.a. !!

Very slow service. Long waits. Phone call in help useless, never obtain results. When they opened this bank, they closed the Covington Pike one about a mile away, adding more costumers.

Very unprofessional poor communication inconvenience do not use them for your banking saving cd ect I only use the prepaid now card they are ignorant and very unorganized and thought that i would open up something else with them no negative and the 866 number is the same hung up on me point blank and would talk to u as if u ignorant no u are follow the correct process and do your job stop gossiping

Make sure thar you double check any cash deposits and other activity at the Raleigh Regions Bank. On 01,/04/22 I went to the Austin Peay b ranch to have money transferred to another Regions customer and make a deposit to my checking account. I had to go inside because all outside was ATM's..I waited about 15 minutes then I was to a teller. The teller asked if I wanted to deposit my $200 dollars first or transfer my payment first.. I told him either way was fine. The transfer went OK. I gave the teller $200 to deposit in my account. Since the bank closed at 4, I had to leave quickly as a worker was ready to lock up. A message came to my email showing $150 to Raleigh Medical. The name made me think it was a medical bill but when I checked myaccount the next day, it showed a deposit for $150. Then I realized the $150 was my deposit. I went to the bank the next day to tell them the teller did not deposit my $200 but instead deposited $150. The manager was not in so I talked to another worker and he assured me that the complaint and video and audio had to be done by Corporate Security. I finally talked to the manager a few days later. He assured me that Corporate Security would check the video and audio. So Corporate Security had not review the video or audio. A few days later, I reached the manager by phone and he said the video was not clear and the audio was too low. So the teller had not shorted me. I wrote the main office and they said that no short was discovered. So they did not give me my $50 back. Today, 02/08/220, Regions Bank has not refunded the $50, the teller failed to deposit. I have been at this bank over 30 years but this is the first time I have had a problem. I plan to contact other agencies to see if my $50 will be refunded.

Even drive through closes early ......worthless branch I hate this is the only one by my work. Highly considering switching banks.. operate like a normal bank w hours advertise proper hours anything but what it currently is.

All these 1 ? Reviews are really uncalled for.I personally LOVE not like, love that there are 4 lanes for use 24/7. Never been inside because almost everything can be done by yourself outside.I give it a B+ (location sucks)

I'm a homeless disabled Veteran, I received a next day check from a Veterans Charity/VA to place me in a hotel temporarily. I didn't have a physical bank to cash the check so I went to this bank to cash it and ended up opening a account(mind you this was in the morning) because the assistant branch manager informed me that the funds would be available the following morning. He didn't say absolutely NOTHING about a possibility of a hold being placed on the funds, so I told myself I'll can survive on the streets for another night. The next morning I check my account and noticed they put a hold on the funds due to they believe it's a fraudulent check. So I went back to the bank and spoke with same person who told me it would be available in the morning only for him to tell me they there isn't anything they can do since it's the weekend. Ok, so why accept a check if you believe or suspect it's fraudulent??? Why not call the origin bank it came from to verify before accepting it?? That was so dishonest and unethical, all he had to say was it's a possibility that we may place a hold on the funds, or anything along the lines of maybe and I would've went elsewhere. They sent me a email stating that it could take up to 10 days to release the funds, now if it takes that long to verify a simple $500 check then y'all are in the wrong business! Now I have to wait on REGIONS to give me MY money so I can get out these streets and at least clean my self up ALL BECAUSE REGIONS ASSUME EVERYBODY WHO LOOKS LIKE ME IS FRAUDULENT. 2 Purple Hearts, disabled Vet, no criminal record, been working since I was 16 and I'm 40 now with kids to support and REGIONS want to play these games. So I guess that's how y'all approach suspected fraud with intentional fraudulent customer service. I've read the policy in reference to the holding of funds and it states the agent will tell you when the funds will be available and he told me funds would be available the following morning which was FALSE! YOU(REGIONS BANK) are playing with people's lives with the senseless games. I will be closing my account as soon as I receive my funds because I refuse to be treated like a criminal when I've served my country, paid my dues!! You big corporations think y'all can just do customers anyway because of a bs contract that you all have people sign when opening an account knowing damn well the customer doesn't view the ENTIRE contract when opening a account smh.....I will be making a viral video exposing how Regions conduct business. I'm so damn ? and tired of people acting like every action don't have a reaction! And I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Nice facility but, No sort of organization whatsoever at this location.Understaffed and no cashier window so your forced to be serviced inside and they don’t have an intake system/ computer to service customers in the order they arrive. No withdrawal and deposit slips to fill out. Basically a waste of time if your not using an atm. Schedule an appt or you’ll be waiting just to withdraw funds that exceed your daily withdrawal limit! Just another reason to close my account.No one greets you or even directs you as you enter.I strongly suggest going the extra mile and patronizing other branches based on customer service alone!

I went to the one on Austin Pray a month or so ago they don't have the drive thru device with tellers when I went in to make a deposit I was told by two peoples I had to use the ATM I told them I didn't want to one was telling me about how much money they spent on that branch and I should come to the future I told him I'll stay in the pass and started to leave I told him I would just go to the Frayser branch then he said he would do it then I used one of the bank's deposit slips he said they was going to stop using those he he finished with my deposit he said thank you see you again I said no you want the next time I went to the Frayser branch with no problems
