Regions Bank has changed so much over the years. Which is a good thing. My wife was with Regions and I was with a different Institution, but I chose to go with her bank because I had a problem with my bank and she was getting early pay and even text notifications every transaction and everything Regions was not like that when I was with them back in like 2012. So thank you Regions family and congratulations I pray that you all keep up the good work and stay loyal to your customers!

Absolutely a branch that offers "Extraordinary Customer Service." Mrs. Boyd and the branch manager both made me feel as if both my business and personal accounts were priorities to them. You don't get that everywhere. As an individual in the people business myself nothing speaks volumes like authenticity. It's been my experience that "authentic people recognize other authentic people" Great job!

When I entered there was one teller on the line busy with customers. 3 other people were sitting in chairs. I asked them who I needed to tell why I was there. They said no one had talked to them yet and they were ready to leave. Finally a man came through helping a man with safe deposit and said he would help us soon. Many more minutes passed before he asked who needed what. I was sent to the teller line to get a new debit card. The man in safe deposit was ready to put his box back and a girl there told him she couldn't help him, she didn't know how. When I got to the teller it was so quick and easy.I was a Branch Manager for San Diego Trust and Savings bank from 1973 to 1993. That was so foreign and abhorrent to me. There were all these offices that were empty and only one teller. I rarely need to go in to an office, but this was terrible customer service. If I hadn't already put my Financials at Regions, I would have walked out.

Very poor customer service… I called trying to get something with my account figured out and they told me that I needed to just call 1-800 Regions and then hung up.Nice ??

Consultants At This Location Are Not Properly Aware Of What Documentation Is Needed To Open A Business Account For Certain Business Types…. Very Disappointing When You Can’t Visit A Location In Your Area And Have To Drive Out The Way For Something That Could’ve Been Done At This Location Without A Business License!

Shervonda is extremely rude. I don’t like when people raise their voice at me. I never understand the point to try to get their point across. My account got compromised and she’s yelling at me like I am a scammer.

Shavonda had a very nice nasty rude attitude. I didn't appreciate her raising her voice at me through the glass window inside this branch. My debit card got hacked with the fake post office scams and someone just started buying all types of stuff with the numbers. I am just as frustrated and you are yelling at me through the glass. Didn't appreciate it at all.

Bad experience in branch with staff. Employee was trying to create a new account and train at the same time while making many frustrating mistakes along the way. You shouldn’t be training if you can’t even click through prompts or even explain the basic advantages of a savings account at your bank. Really lackluster, made setting up my account way more difficult than it needed to be just to sell extra services they were told I had no interest in.

There is only one person working inside, so you are going to wait a minimum of 45 minutes in the drive-through line. I am a 14 year customer and I’m ready to find a different bank.
