After banking with regions for 13 years never encounter a rude distasteful customer service until then.........below is the rude employee who diligent laugh and close the window on me after waiting in line for 15 minutes in drive thru. I can't wait until Monday to close my account. Her name is KRISTINE AKA rudeness.

We have banked with Regions for nearly 20 years and have been very pleased with their services (Checking, Savings, Investing). Over the years, we have worked with several different officers and tellers. All have been both friendly and professional.

Regions took care of our fraudulent activity on our account with first of all contacting us about possible fraudulent activity putting up red flags and then safeguarding our funds until we came in and opened a new account,this was all done in a very timely manner

I made two separate deposits, one for business and one personal. Instead of the teller asking me she place both on one account which means a hold time for the amount.I don’t normally go to that one but it was open on a Saturday. Now I don’t have access to funds I intended to placed in my personal account. Of course there is no answer at the branch!

The ATM suddenly stopped working and took my money. I filed a claim to get the money back, but Regions somehow said that the ATM balance was not over the amount I put in. I then tried to call the bank and was rudely answered by an employee. I requested for the claim to be re-open, yet Regions still failed to return my money. Disappointing. Will be transferring banks soon.

Slow they are so slow it makes no sense. They have no sense of urgency been in line for 10 minutes with only one person in the entire drive thru just ridiculous!

Went for notary, there was no one in the bank only one customer talking with the staff.Waited 1 hour and had to leave without notary being done.Come on! Bad slow worker.Never going to this unprofessional place

It takes you forever to get your stuff done at this branch ..hate it ..Been with them for years now i can’t wait to close my account and move to another bank..

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The teller was very rude and seemed not to care. When talking with the branch manager, he was also very disrespectful and rude. We cannot wait to close our account and move to a different bank.
