I visited the Southwind Branch and was greeted very professional. I asked for a deposit slip and was informed I could use my debit card and DL, I had no idea I really appreciate her letting me know that. It was fast and easy. Thank you.

Always have good service here. Nice and quick. They recently went paperless which is great. Hilariously, got asked if someone was forcing me to take money out once bc I was taking out a few thousand to loan a friend and was on the phone asking my husband which account to take it from. Love the concern and still amused to this day about it.

I have been with Regions since the Union Planters days. This branch is long overdue for an upgrade. This is a highly used branch but to only have one ATM is ridiculous!!! I have seen times during normal business hours where no one is in the transaction line and the ATM line is wrapped around the building or the ATM is out of order. Do better or close because the convenience factor is null and void.

I’ve been banking with regions for a while and this location has the worst customer service. Leslie (or w/e his name is) who is a teller (mayo colored) was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went to my regular regions location and the issue was solved without delay.

The ATM here is 10 years out of date and takes way too long to do transactions. You'll sit in line for 20 minutes to use it.

It makes absolutely no sense to have to pay a fee for a check issued by on of your customers which is payable through you. There is no way to justify this. It's hard enough out here for people we don't need you taking our hard earned money as if we are some type of inconvenience to. This should be illegal.

Came in the bank & was never greeted by anyone. Stood for 20 minutes waiting on someone to say something although I had an appointment at 230p with Kathy. A lady came in after me who also had an appointment and was immediately brought in by Brett. At the very least acknowledge the fact that a person is standing there. Customer Service, nothing grand just simple customer service.

ATM is out of order most times. I've repeatedly tried to make deposits at the ATM but couldn't.

If you have a Account here business or personal or any reason your at ANY Regions banks anywhere in the U.S you have set yourself up for failure. Anytime I walk in a bank and they have bulletproof glass up I walk out it’s safe for them but not for me. The rudest soulless employees kinda more worse then Government employees. You have 10X better chances dealing with a real life loan shark handling your money then to deal with the likes of Regions Bank. Put your money in a sock under your bed and you will reduce the chance of getting a heart attack from this bank. If after reading this review and millions more like this and decide you want to stay banking here, I feel so sorry for you

I've banked with regions for over 30 years and have at least 6 accounts with them (from business and personal checking, to savings). They've collected fees, utilize my funds to make their own investment, and have never had a single issue during my time with them. For the 1st time in over 30 years I decided to get a cashier's check, and they had the audacity to charge me utilize my own money. Now I can see if I was not their regular tenured customer and just someone off of the street, but 30+ years and they would not consider this. Today was the 1st time it popped in my head to see what other banking options were out there. Options that consider loyalty, return customers, and possibly better rates. Needless to say, I'm a little bothered by my experience today. I now know what regions values 30+ years later. SMH.

Have been a Regions customer for about 20 years now and have been pleased up until a few days ago. Went to deposit some rolled coins and you would have thought I was handing them a tissue that someone with COVID had just coughed on. After exchanging emails with the home office, I have finally learned that Regions will only take unrolled coins (will not accept rolled coins) and they don't care what your count is. They have to send the coins to a "third party" for counting and then charge you a "$5.00 coin deposit fee". What's next? Charging a fee for direct deposit? Charge a fee for withdrawing funds from your checking account? How about installing a toll booth in the drive thru? I will be looking for another bank that appreciates its customers. By the way, I only found out about the $5.00 coin deposit fee after multiple emails and numerous questions. They apparently don't tell their customers this on the front end.
