Waited over 26 minutes on Nov 27 1:30 for an available teller at Regalia location only to deposit one check into my account but had to leave for doctor appointment. Couldn’t wait any longer. Service line should not be over 30 minutes! Never got to deposit my check!

Wanda and Holly at Regions are THE BEST -- They are efficient, knowledgable and so kind. I value their financial knowledge. They are ALWAYS willing to help and give me their opinion based on what they know about me and my needs. YOU HAVE 2 GEMS IN HOLLY AND WANDA!

I tried to call a few of the local Regions locations and the call always ended after a few rings. I finally was able to get through to a staff and when I asked why it’s been so hard to reach a person on the phone, her answer was “ ok…how can I help you with?” If you give out your company’s phone number then you need to have enough staff to answer them. Overall not impressed with the customer service.

Long lines and only two tellers working in what would I guess to be one of their busiest locations. Also, the teller stations are not very private

I had a very positive experience at this branch. The teller who helped me, Latoya, was very kind and patient. Even when other customers were loud and impatient, she remained kind and helpful.

Hustlers suggested a cd on my mother’s account that was inactive. Only problem $ had to left in active account for its history to be available. Minimum balance fees were more than the interest paid in the cd. What you wallet with these hustlers!!! Took 3 visits to bank to close the cd the next week!

I went to this branch because I was in the area and I needed to transfer some money. We went in and waited for a few minutes because all associates were busy helping someone. Teresa became available and called us to come over. She was a great help. She made sure we knew and trusted the account where the money was being sent. She promptly set up the transfer and took care of everything quickly. I would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Their on site and notary at this location is a condescending troll and she displayed very racist and prejudice behavior and mentality. Not just to myself, but to another black gentleman who was there before me entering the building. She did a great job of making me feel like I was not welcomed into the space or even belonged there at all - and I’ve been a regions customer for years. Please proceed with caution of English is not your first language as she will not extend any patience or grace your way - I also witnessed that while she dealt with the guy before me (she also assumed that we were there together - not sure if that’s because we were both black or what). Kathy B. was egregiously unpleasant and dismissive. And I got the sense that if I looked different she would’ve made time and an effort for me. Terrible experience, makes me consider cutting ties with the company knowing they’d allow there customers to be mistreated and mishandled.

The amount of times I've gone dead, broke because regions messed up on their end and they don't care at all is crazy. Professional lazy people. There's no reason for anything I'm starting to think you're running out of money and using my money as a loan for someone.
