The amount of times I've gone dead, broke because regions messed up on their end and they don't care at all is crazy. Professional lazy people. There's no reason for anything I'm starting to think you're running out of money and using my money as a loan for someone.

Went to deposit a com check for my moms business in which I’m on the account to make deposits and Ms. Richia or however you spell her name gave me a hard time they still had 10 minutes before they closed and they were basically telling me that they wouldn’t be able to do my transaction when I’ve gone to other regions locations I never had that problem they weren’t trying to help me in a way that I felt like I could be helped their customer service is horrible

Mrs.Falls is a wonderful teller ! I walked into the bank angry and mad ready to close my account. Thanks to her kind manor and understanding she helped me with my problem. I left there happy and feeling great...thank you Mrs. Falls

I dont even bank with regions and I pulled into this specific one just to park, get my bearings and make sure my one year old son had everything he needed before pulling off onto the busy busy busy BUSY street of poplar. And the security guard told me i couldnt park here unless i was an employee of regions. I said I just wanted to get myself together before having to get onto the street and she didnt seem to care at all. I pulled off and left and didnt see NOT ONE SIGN that said EMPLOYEES ONLY for that bank?????? What kinda business are yall trying to run tho??? People cant even park??? Maybe i wanted an account?? Now i definitely dont!!!!

I went to this location to simply get a verification of funds. I was told they “don't produce such letter.†So, I tried to explain it was a simple letter, but to no avail. They had no interest in helping me. So, I drove 3 Miles to a different branch. I had a verification letter in 5 mins. The customer service at this location is a complete joke.

Prejudice and Beyond. I would never recommend this bank to anyone they are the worst ever . They refused to help me because of the color of my skin. I was treated unfairly. They attended to others who were different races attentively. I'm closing my account and I'm going to BOA.

Beware because you can't close your bank account if you moved out of state unless you do it at the branch location, and they will not even give you the branch phone number if you call the customer service line. Average wait time is 10min on the phone to speak to someone .
