The young lady on the desk side was friendly, professional, and very thorough in assisting my son and I. The wait time was less than 2 minutes and she got everything taken care of. Great service!

The customer service is terrible, the tellers are terrible they talk to you crazy and they make rules up as they go. If you want good service start using the ones in Mississippi. They really need to close this one down or get new tellers that want to work

Drive thru service is to slow. They are only helping one lane. Cars have been sitting here for 20 minutes in lanes 2 and 3. They keep servicing lane 1.I’ve been sitting in Lane 3 for 25 minutes. I’ve seen 3 cars, that pulled in after me, get service in lane 1 and pull off. This is unacceptable. Literally the slowest regions location I’ve ever visited. I pulled in at 9:20 with only 7 cars total in the drive thru area. It’s 9:55 and I’m still waiting. I’ve seen 2 more cars in Lane 1 get helped. Cars that pulled in after me.

This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The branch manager doesn’t honor appointments or respond when emailing. Your priority is not there concern at all. They never answer the phone. My account was shutdown and no one could give me a valid reason as to why and my funds are still there. I’m here now trying to get resolution. You have to wait over an hour before you decide to get up and leave because no one acknowledges your existence when you come in the bank. Just HORRIBLE SERVICE

They can only get Zero stars from me. They processed my deposit check not correctly. I immediately noticed it and went to the bank to correct it before posting it. Guess what: they told me that will be corrected before posted. It was still posted without correction and manager Joe Burton told me that it will take 10 days to fix it. the other bank noticed that check was for different amount that Regions processed it and return check with no fees charged.

My husband had been with regions for 20yrs. He goes to this location Monday to ask for a print out of a check he wrote because it wasn’t showing up online. Bank teller in the inside was very rude. Told him he should have kept his stub or something like that. Very inpatient, blowing and huffing. Like I was very upset because mind you I left my bank who I had been with for years and came to regions because he convinced me that they had great services. Well next year we will be closing out our business account and our personal accounts. You never know what someone is going thru. We needed that information to provide for court because someone is lying and saying that they didn’t get paid. We ended up going to another branch and that teller had time to assist but that was the icing on the cake for me.

i went inside regions very polite with a huge problem that was a mistake by regions to talk to someone and Mr Joe is very nice but i didnt get any answers all i got was i will call you that was at 9:30-10am and its know 4:35 and i have not heard anything i tried calling and was told he was with someone else and he will call and no one did very upset with the customer service tbh the only reason i switch banks to regions was to avoid stuff like this

The worst bank, the wouldn’t help a business account holder after waiting 2 hours in line , closing this business account soon. The manager even said sorry we make no exceptions for no one.
