I would not recommend anyone get Regions Bank account. I wrote a check to my employee that included her Christmas Bonus and she deposted this check into her bank account as normal. This check was put on a hold for 10 days by Regions Bank for no apparent reason. Meaning my employee will not have access to her funds for 10 days during the holidays. This employee has been working for me for over a year so the checks are normal deposits as she gets paid every 2 weeks. Now, Regions has already took the funds out of my business account so they have the funds but they will not release the funds to their client. I even showed Regions the proof that the check has cleared my business account. The customer service department stated that the hold could be removed by a branch manager considering the checks are normal deposits . My employee went back to the branch and spoke to a LaTona Batey and she stated that there was nothing they could do. I advised my employee to go to Bank of America. They take great care of their clients.

The amount of times I’ve gone dead, broke because regions messed up on their end and they don’t care at all is crazy. Professional lazy people.

I’m very disappointed. Monica, Chase, LaQueshia (helped somewhat)and Kadeejah Window Clerks very rude. I’m surprised at Kadeejah because she was nice until other clerks were working along side of her. A customer service specialist Chase was no better. I had to go to Holiday city location to get the ball rolling to take care of my business. This really saddens me. Oh, there’s another clerk there also who was very rude, so in other words the entire staff as a whole are horrible customer service reps.

Last August Regions Bank deducted over $6300.00 from our business account by processing checks through our account with the checks not being ours. We obtained copies of the checks, taking them to one branch showing they were not ours, they promised it would be taken care of. They would not correct their error, I went to two other branches for assistance with promises and still no help plus calling to file complaints. Regions finally admitted they made the error in November placing the funds back into our account, but only after I contacted the actual company that issued those checks and their bank helped with that issue.

I seriously dont understand what the issue is with this bank/branch but it is TRULY TRULY TRASH! smh why is it so hard to just satisfy the customer! Its our money! Only person i love at this branch is kadeejah (i think thats her name) she is very polite and nice! And good looking! Sad you have to drive to "hacks cross location ", "olive branch location " , or Germantown to get what you need done. No point of having this branch there! Just shut it down and make it a bootleg restaurant or something ??♂️??♂️

After going round & round on the automated system I was finally able to get transferred to a representative at this branch. A lady by the name of Ketta answered & I told her I wanted to get my safe deposit box payment set up on autopay. I was in the middle of my sentence & she told me to hold on twice. This lady put me on hold & never returned to the call. Mind you I called before 5pm & the branch closes at 5pm. After being tried of being on hold I finally hung up @ 5:25pm. My phone records show 36 mins was the total call time from start to finish with the automated system & this branch rep. This is beyond unacceptable! If you don't want to service your customers than CLOSE DOWN & get in the unemployment line!
