We have banked with Renasant for 12 years and after 3 separate (major) issues, we will be moving to another bank. They are not helpful, the afterhours line is a joke, and if you have a problem, good luck in getting it resolved quickly. I should have switched after the first problem with them but I incorrectly assumed they would help since we have been loyal. They don't care about the customer and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.

The tellers at this location 5575 Poplar Ave. are always so busy with paperwork that they never have time to wait on customers, and act like the customer coming inside the bank is a inconvenience to them. Sometimes like today 5/2/23 they won’t even look up from their computers to even acknowledge the customer, and act like they don’t see you. I been coming to this location for years as well as visited several other locations, and this is the only location that acts like this. I guess only certain customers deserve acknowledgment and service. Not all customers with that bank with Renasant Bank.
