I got a car from there, and 1 month later start having problems, took the car back, it were still under warranty, they kept it about 3 weeks, got it back and a week later, the engine light came back on the brakes light also, i got new brakes and brakes like still on, took it to auto zone, they said it were the sensor, got the sensor put on light went off ,a week later engine and brakes lights came back on, I only had this car for 2 months, and spend over 1,000 out of my packet for repairs, Now im riding around with brakes and my engine light on, with a supposed to be ride right car, never again will I buy a use car, especially from Ride Rite, the name should be Ride wrong. I give them a 0 rating, go there at your own risk.

My wife and I were in such of our next family vehicle and decided to stop by Ride Rite. This was one of the best decisions that we could have made. Jamie White made the process so easy and smooth. We highly recommend him. Not only did he get us approved but he got us approved for my wife’s dream car. Go holler at bro!!!

After getting the runaround from several “put more money down” dealerships, I went to Ride Rite and got instantly approved to drive off with anything on the lot. Way better experience, with less hassle. Wish I had gone there first. Truly blessed to have Jami White as my salesman he made the whole process smooth and stress free ..

All of these reviews are definitely true about Jamie. BUT there is a BUT, the car I was sold was a LEMON and once I drove that car off their lot it became the worst nightmare of my LIFE! I am keep it at that because since 2023 I haven’t had a car and all the money I spent to that Caddy I am stuck with NOTHING! $8,000 as a down payment and car note was $525 a month. I could have died on the expressway when my axles broke and the car was shaking. Just know I am still fighting this on my credit as I type this because I cannot get another car. I am still hurt!

Let’s just say that the service was the best service that I’ve had dealing with people in Memphis. Let’s also stay that they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to secure me and my son Bob and Jamie were awesome. The finance department was awesome and getting the paperwork done and making sure things were that in all the way that’s supposed to be. I am very grateful for this institution because if you weren’t off of them, I will be stuck in the city with no way to get around and secure me and my son thank you for making my experience worthwhile
